      5-Star Experience

      Property Manager absolutely incredible and is a huge asset to the building. Very responsive, attentive, and actually cares about the tenants. Same goes to the maintenance and cleaning teams. They do high quality work and are professional and friendly. New job took me out of state, or I would still be there.

      Loved living @ The Centaur

      This former NASA building is a terrific apartment building. Huge hallways lead to updated apartments full of natural light from the massive windows. If you’re lucky like I was, you’ll have a view of the airport, NASA Glenn or the Metroparks - or all 3! The team of staff that manage & maintain the building are wonderful: responsive, compassionate, gracious human beings. The newly opened pool & hot tub make a great place to socialize with other residents. The only reason I moved was for a home in my favorite neighborhood - and it was a hard choice to do so!

      Great Property to Call Home!

      I loved living at the Centaur! Was there for 3yrs and if I didn’t move out of state, I definitely would have stayed. Great area that’s quiet, near the metro parks, airport, shopping and highway! Management team is awesome!!! Dawn, David and Danielle are all amazing people that care about the property and all the tenants. Would recommend anyone to live here!

      Exceptional Experience at The Centaur

      I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Centaur, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Moving from a different state can be quite stressful, but the management team made the process remarkably smooth and hassle-free. One of the standout features of the apartments is the large bay windows, which not only provide an abundance of natural light but also offer a beautiful view. The luxury touches, such as the LED mirrors in the bathroom and conveniently placed USB ports in the wall outlets, add a unique charm that is hard to find elsewhere. The community atmosphere at The Centaur is welcoming and inviting. With excellent amenities and regular meet-and-greet events, the staff fosters a sense of family among residents, making it easy to feel settled and comfortable quickly. Having lived in Cleveland my entire life, I can confidently say that you won't find a better combination of price, comfort, and quality anywhere else in the city. A heartfelt thank you to the management team and all the staff for providing such an outstanding living experience. I highly recommend The Centaur to anyone looking for a new home in Cleveland!

      Amazing place to call home

      The Centaur is an excellent place to live. The apartment we rented was nicely updated with amenities that were great for us. The building itself has everything you need, exercise facility, a beautiful community center, bottled water, carts to bring your groceries to your apartment, even a pet washing station. They thought of everything! The property manager is amazing and the support staff are friendly, professional and responds to requests very quickly. Everyone we have met was super nice. I would highly recommend the Centaur to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

      We had an amazing experience at The Centaur. The management team and the maintenance team were always super helpful, and very prompt in responding to us.       Highly recommend this community

      We have stayed at multiple apartments in different metro cities, and The Centuar has been our best experience. The layout of our apartment was perfect, had ample storage, and it was furnished with modern appliances which is nearly impossible to get in a rented place. You don't fully appreciate a well-thought-out living space until you move to an apartment where everything feels cramped, claustrophobic, and just wrong. All common spaces are well-maintained and clean. I especially love the Rec Room which features a pool table as well. Social gatherings are organized every few months for the residents to have a chill evening together. Location is perfect - less than 3 miles from anything one could need or want. Dawn, Daniel and David are wonderful people, always super helpful and full of warmth.

      It's the little things that matter...

      Bottled water, chocolates and small gift on move-in day. Flat carts to help with our move. Moving company was shocked! Basket carts offered to help us with our groceries. Packages delivered to our door. Free shuttle to and from airport. I travel often! Enjoy the staff/tenant parties every few months so that we can meet our neighbors. On-site management and a maintenance man who is fast and efficient. Housekeeper does a great job keeping common areas spotless. They take pride in the building. It's the little things that matter and have made my stay here the last two years a pleasure.

      If you are interning at NASA, this is your best bet. The GRC is walkable from here. This is a nice, modern building with amenities, a gym, and a community room. Additionally, the staff consists of some of the most pleasant and welcoming people I have ever seen. This is a great place to stay long-term.

      Wonderful Apartment

      I lived here for two years and loved it. Nice updated appliances and beautiful large windows. I especially appreciated the free airport shuttle service amenity. The building manager and maintenance team is awesome and quick to help. Definitely recommend!

      Good Move

      Moved here from Downtown almost 10 months ago. Very happy with my decision and peaceful in comparison. My apartment was super clean, perfect and can't beat the price-point. Put this place anywhere Downtown and monthly rent would jump a few hundred dollars. My two maintenance requests were minor and handled quickly. Super-friendly and attentive staff, even deliver packages right to your door. Plan on staying put for a few years.

      Great Place to Live

      Great place to live, Dawn takes care of everything which is awesome. Very quiet throughout the whole building which is something we loved. When they get the pool built, I’m sure it’ll be even better. Gym is also good and empty most of the time. Recommend living here!

      Great place to call home

      I recently had the pleasure of living in this exceptional apartment, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was impressed by the modern, stylish decor and the flood of natural light that filled the space. The living area is perfectly designed for both relaxation and entertainment, blending comfort and elegance seamlessly. What truly sets this apartment apart, however, is the staff. Every interaction I had with them was positive. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.       I love my apartment!

      I was one of the first tenants to move in & just renewed my lease. I absolutely love my apartment! All the amenities advertised are not ready yet, however, it's been exciting to watch the progress over the year I've been here and can see the management team really works hard to make things happen & keep everyone happy. A bonus to have a quiet building in a great location with plenty of green space for my fur baby.

      Wonderful Management Team!

      If you have ever rented you know that finding good management is rare. However, the Centaur has knocked it out of the park with Dawn, Dave, and Danielle! Dawn is always easy to get a hold of and talk to. She is fantastic at making sure the tenants are informed and taken care of. When it comes to maintenance, things are taken care of quickly. If it’s not something Dave is able to fix on his own, they communicate quickly with outside companies and keep you in the loop on how things are progressing. Danielle had the apartment cleaned to the point I didn’t need to do a thing before moving in. It was spotless. She keeps the hallways and common places in excellent, clean condition. All three of them are genuinely kind and caring humans who just want to make the Centaur a wonderful place to live. The Centaur is a legitimate dog friendly community. Plenty of space to walk outside and soon there will be an indoor space for the same. Huge perk, in my opinion, there’s no fee for parking. The tenant has an assigned space and ample parking for guest. I’m hopeful for all of the additional amenities to come! If you are looking for a wonderful management team, a location you feel safe in, and a dog friendly community - the Centaur is it!

      Beautiful apartments!!! But you must compromise...for now.

      Nice to finally have un-lived in, brand new apartments on this part of the West Side. Nice, new everything! However, this place does gives me “haunted elementary school” type vibes. To my knowledge, construction on the units is complete, but the rest of the renovations for the complex is still under construction, which sort of gives it this cold feeling all throughout the hallways. The windows in the actual apartment homes do not open, but that’s because this is essentially a historic office building located across the street from the airport that’s been repurposed - a secluded area that’s sort of out the way, which may be a pro or con for different people. The windows were designed to help dampen any ambient noise that may come from the outside, and are the original windows that have been apart of the building for years. But overall, if you want a modern apartment home in the Brookpark area, that’s minutes away from Rocky River reservation, the highway, etc…I’d go for it!

      Thank you for the review, we really appreciate your feedback! Just to clarify, we are about halfway done with construction of the units! As we move forward and prepare the remaining suites for new tenants, we are also working closely with a designer to bring a friendly, softer vibe to the common areas. Once the hallways are freshly painted, we will begin decorating the walls with artwork and artifacts. The furnishings in the front lobby will arrive shortly as well. Once these items are complete, we are confident that our tenants and guests will observe a cool, mid-century modern vibe. We are just getting started!

      Great location but needs windows that open!!

      Could have been a great building but the windows do not open! I have asthma and need fresh air when cooking or just to breathe.
