currently living here and it is messed up, they don't fix the ac giving you excuses and they don't care if you got kids. Our apartment is 85 degrees inside mind you during the hot summer. It is roach infested as well, no matter how clean you keep your apartment roaches don't go away. They don't spray for roaches like they should, they have maintenance do it and don't even spray the whole apartment. The manager is rude too. They opened up the pool a little to late and that same night one of the utility rooms caught fire right by our apartment building and because of that the pool is closed again. Neighbors would tell you to not move here. there has been multiple fires happen in different Neighbors apartments and I witnessed one of them fires. I heard these apartments are going under a new management again so hopefully it's nicer management.

Under new management and they are on a power trip. They had people's cars towed at the tenant's expense because they messed up the dates on the notice they sent out and then didn't update it. They are constantly shutting off the water and the air/heat and then acting like they didn't do it. The laundry rooms are constantly out of service. When you go to the office and ask to get info on the corporate office and they say not that you can't have the corporate # and when you look it up and find the website there's no corporate number there! you have to email them and they are out of colorado and they are so RUDE! They give the apartment managers full range to do whatever they want I've watched management recently disrespect tenants and also they have evicted people just so they can renovate and charge more .

I liked how old management was before now we have new management rent went high and is really bad in getting in contact with them for maintenance wise also there is roaches everywhere it isn’t fair that they are raising the rent for not having everything remodeled yet or fixed their is poop all over the street and side walk and hasn’t been cleaned yet. And my maintenance still hasn’t been resolved.

I've lived here for over two years and have not had any issues. This apartment is very affordable and can help save you money. Its about a 15-20 minute drive to base. The apartment manager is very polite and always willing to assist in all your needs. They have a maintenance staff that is very proficient at their jobs. They also have a pool to relax by for those hot days. Overall I am very satisfied here and would live again.

I’ve been here door 5 years, started in a 2br and now live in a 3br. Every apartment here has so much space which is really hard to find, no criminal activity, very friendly staff and neighbors. Highly recommend it

I have lived here for six months and have enjoyed my stay. I never have had a problem with vandalism, theft, insects, excessive noise or any other major problems. I would recommend these apartments to anyone needing a solid, reliable, spacious place to live.

I live there a couple years ago. The manger Kathy was always helpful and maintenance was always there to help right away. I had a 2 bedroom and 2 bath and it was very spacious which I loved!

I lived here for two years and i had a great experience. The landlord Mrs. Kathy is so sweet I just love her she is so understanding and will help you out if you need it. You can't beat the fact that all utilities are included except electric but that still is an amazing deal. The neighbors are great and it is very military friendly. The pool is amazing as well as your close to the base and other things you might need.

Hubs was stationed here and shared an apt with a friend. I came into the picture and we moved into our own unit. Kathy and her crew were great! The location was perfect with easy access to lots of places to eat, shop, and best of all work. Our master bedroom was huge with a great size closet, the pool was always clean and right outside our front door. Only downside was that walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors...........gettin' busy and they ended up with a bug problem that literally trickled down. The staff at Rushfair figured out exactly what was going on and fixed it right away. I miss our old #11! :)

I was a resident for 3 years. Nice quiet and affordable . The maintanence team is great to. Ive rented a few places over the years and hands down rushfair villa was the best choice of them all and the property manager is awesome as well. Id highly recommend this place to anyone

Totally love these apartments..i have a 2 bedroom and the rooms are huge. The refrigerated air keeps it nice and cool during the summer. Also there's a nice little patio with a storage on it which is really nice. I've lived here before and am glad the management and owner never changed. Kathy is just amazing as manager and really worked with me to come home...its quiet and peaceful...love my place

We just moved in over the weekend and we absolutely love it here! Everyone is friendly and Kathy is super helpful! We have lots of space for our two cats in our two bedroom, which they love! We had a problem with our garbage disposal leaking and it took less than 24 hours to have maintenance come in and fix it! I am very happy that my husband picked Rushfair Villa as our home!

Lived here for over two years, and I have gone from a two bedroom to a three bedroom, and all I can say is that's it's the most comfortable living I've ever experienced, and more so for my two kids. Every one is super friendly and the staff is amazing ... Don't judge until you have experienced !!!

I have lived in these apartments for 10 years. What can I say??The apartments are spacious.Maintenance will be here to fix any problems that you may have,whether they be big or small.They also do accept pets which is great because when I initially moved in I had a pitbull.Many places will not accept the breed!! Management is always helpful.The area itself is generally quiet and kept clean..Great place to live!! I would recommend it to everyone.

Our Family has resided at the Rushfair Villas for two years. I love the spacious apartment, affordable rates, and great service from the maintenance / management staff. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great neighborhood to live and raise a family.

I have been here over a year and I love this place. The management here is fantastic (thx Ken and Kathy for all you do). They are always available to assist in any way possible. The maintenance crew is always on hand to help as well. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the complex is always kept clean. The apartments are very spacious, not what I expected when I saw them. I recommend the Rushfair Villa to anyone, a single person or a family. It is a great place to call home. Thank you.

Really good place to live ... This is my second time here at this apartment .. Very friendly people and staff , cool place to be , if you need something fix , they are really fast to fix it .... I rate this place a 5 star place ....

These apartments are so spacious and beautiful. I've lived here for over a year and never have had a better experience! The management is amazing and so helpful. If I have any problems maintenance is there within hours. I would recommend these to anyone I know. They truly are a hidden gem!

I have lived in the Rushfair Villa Apartments for a little more than 2 years and I feel this is home to me and my family. Great neighbors friendly staff, My family and I plan to stay for another 2-4 years. You can go wrong once you move here.

I have been a tenant of Rushfair Villas for almost 2.5 years and have enjoyed my time. Cathy (manager) and compane go out of there way to make you feel like family, neighbors are all friendly and a packed pool with laughter and fun on a hot day can be summer time normalcy. Very pet friendly and off 54 access and 375 loop but still close to shopping and many restaurant options. C.S.37

I've lived here for almost a year and a half and so far it has been great. I was a little skeptical when my husband and I first checked out the apartments because of the low ratings and how they looked, but I'm glad we decided to move in. The apartments are huge and beautiful on the inside. Kathy has always been nice to my family, and the maintenance men are friendly and do a great job. The neighbors are friendly and there are no breed restrictions for dogs, which is a huge plus. I would recommend.
