move in applying and getting accepted plus moved in went very smoothly. Jaclyn was an amazing help and positive, welcoming energy!! I am silly and couldn't figure out how to work the washing machine and maintenance was so kind and helpful!!! I have been here almost two weeks and while my dog is still adjusting- I have been warmly welcomed by neighbors. The home and property is so beautiful!! I look forward to my time here :)

Several request for the same fix…still NOT FIXED My ice maker STILL DOES NOT WORK!!! I truly do not understand. Maintenance has been the worst of any place I have ever rented. For an apartment complex that sells themselves as “Luxury,” the service is absolutely unacceptable. There are several issues. However, I’ll say it once more…please just fix my ice maker!!!!!!

Another Good Job The change filters indicator light came on, on the refrigerator and Jason came over and replaced the filters, even though they might not have had to.

EXCELLENT RESPONSE Jason came over at about 5:00 in the afternoon and replaced a couple of connections and a breaker and had the dishwasher running in a short period of time.

Dirty upon move in Apartment was dirty I informed management 3 separate times, it was never cleaned left a review on google with pictures. I got a automated reply back :/ No one ever followed up or took response I spent my own money and time cleaning which lead to a later move in day. Very disappointing since I had way better offers from other apartments i originally chose the canon because of how nice and diligent the staff seemed i guess that was not true..
