The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Campbell
I have lived at two different Scott Group properties. I even moved away due to personal changes and when I returned, went right back to Scott Group hoping they had availability. The property I originally wanted to return to had no availability so I moved to a different one and has been a great experience also. Their staff has always gone above and beyond to take care of me. Highly recommend.
Noise: Valet trash crew always wakes me up around 11:30pm. Accessibility:There is a handicapped unit, but there is no handicapped door entry on the outside of the building. The front entry door to the individual apartment units doesn’t stay open, so you have to buy a heavy door stop for things like bringing in groceries etc. Poor design:The shower doesn’t have a door and it also doesn’t have a threshold /dam. It makes absolutely no sense. A STANDARD 74 inch curtain does NOT protect the floors from dampness. The bathroom faucets aren’t long enough/don’t extend enough, so when you wash your hands, your knuckles are hitting the porcelain bowl. You basically have to buy a toddler faucet extender from Amazon etc to make it make sense for everyday use. There is no coat closet or place to put your shoes upon entry into your apartment. (There is a laundry closet/hot water heater closet but there is absolutely no space to safely store anything here). I bought an ottoman with a lid. There are no doors to clothing closets, so everything is visible /no privacy for items so when a guest uses the restroom, they see all your closet items. (The open closet space is right next to the toilet). Speaking of toilets, they are NOT soft close. This could have been something simple and easy on brand new apartments. There is only one drawer in the bathroom cabinet area. There is quite a bit of space underneath the sink, but the one drawer does not make sense so you have to sort of buy those under sink stand alone pull out drawers. Costco has one right now that fits perfectly, but I wasn’t expecting to spend money to make the space functional. More Noise:If you are a professional and looking for quiet — this isn’t it. People are partying in the middle of the day and you will be told by the on site “manager” that nothing can be done about it because quiet hours are only from “10pm to 8am”! Well, this is not what the lease agreement states about noise!!Additionally, late in the evening there are constant parties at the houses to the north of the north apartment building, and the individuals attending the parties are excruciatingly loud and they park their vehicles at The Campbell with booming music until 3am. This could be easily rectified by putting tow away signs. Right now the parking on the north side is a free for all!!!!
