I absolutely adore this community! It's beautifully maintained, peaceful, and has an amazing dog park that my furry friend absolutely loves. The attention to detail in keeping everything pristine really shows, and it makes living here such a joy. The dog park is a fantastic bonus that adds so much to our daily walks and playtime. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and pet-friendly environment!

Pros: Convenient location. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Nice units and appliances. Large dog park with dog water fountain. Nice fitness center. Cons: Rent increases each year. Residents don't pick up after their dogs, and geese rome around so there's poop everywhere. Maintenance staff are unprofessional. They will enter your unit when you're not home and not notify you, even if in your service request you select "call before entry."

My experience thus far has been most comforting. This community is actually much quieter than I thought it would be, considering all of the people that live here. But then I moved in, in January and so we shall see what the summer will bring. Staff has been most helpful. Fellow apartment folks are courteous. I’m very pleased so far.

Brook on Janes apartment offers a safe, pretty, and resourceful environment. People in the neighborhood are very nice and gentle. The apartment has pretty flowers and plants and wild animals such as ducks, geese, and squirrels. The apartment has many amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and BBQ racks. Great office staff! Good community and decent walking trails in the complex. Close to ikea, costco, shopping and restaurants. Easy access to highway.

Just moved in on the 19th of May and as of now I cannot complain about the living here. The neighbors seem peaceful, the gym is clean, and so is the outside patio they have with a grill/pool. Also when it comes to asking questions about the apartment Crystal is way more then helpful.

Very beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with great view. There is always free spot for the parking. The floor to ceiling windows were lovely and the location is perfect. This apartment is everything my roommate and I are looking for.

Price continues to rise even though there is nothing new and nothing being done to the property. I get inflation but the increase per resident and even the admin charge increase, is more than it should be. Probably my last year here sadly. Compared to other communities, it is nice and spacious outdoors but the pool and gym are small and the buildings are like a dorm hall. It is maintained well and the staff are very nice. Community events are hit and miss.
