The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Brix Apartments
If you like hidden fees, random rent hikes, looking at "amenities", having to pay 100$ for someone to replace your garage light bulbs, and just getting taken advantage of and treated like a piggy bank. This is the place for you.
Standard practice for all Douglass properties to (1) never repair anything when you are in the apartment (2) Hit departing tenants with HUGE maintenance bills. After six years of occupancy paying rent reliably on time, no noise, not even wearing shoes in the apartment - they hit us with a $1600 bill nearly 4 months after move out. No detail, no documentation. We won in small claims, they actually appealed to the Superior court where we faced an expensive attorney who argued her way to $300. And now they want us to pay their legal bills. STAY AWAY.
Classic bate and switch. Will tell you everything you want to hear to get you to sign the contract. They’ll say the nonrefundable deposit will cover a TV wall mount and picture frame tacks. The developer will repaint once you leave, Hang as many pictures as you’d like, don’t worry about it. And right after moving out, I was accused of wall damage and received a repair bill. Guess what the nonrefundable deposit spent on. CLEANING!! The apartment was left spotless, even the on site management thanked us for cleaning. Go down the street or anywhere else in the valley. We moved out because the neighbors cars started getting tagged. They say there’s security but clearly not.
