The Bridges - Student Living - ALL Inclusive

Living at The Bridges has been a really positive experience overall. The staff is always very friendly, approachable, and willing to help with anything that comes up. They do a great job keeping the building and common areas clean, which I really appreciate. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and the amenities are well taken care of, making day-to-day living pretty convenient and comfortable. One thing to note is that it can get a little loud on the weekends. Since a lot of students live here, noise levels sometimes pick up later at night. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise. Even with that, I’ve still really enjoyed my time here. The location is super convenient, the environment feels welcoming, and overall it’s been a great place to live while being close to campus.

It’s awesome! I love all the things available to me. It is nice being able to be so close to campus - especially being an athlete! The furniture being included is also a huge perk.

Residents are yelling and screaming during quiet hours and throughout the day. Residents don’t clean up after dogs. New management and staff seem nice. I like all of the events that are put on.

I love it here! My apartment has started to feel like a home and the staff and community are so welcoming and friendly! I would highly recommend living here.

i love the bridges so much and appreciate there amazing service! all the staff are so sweet and get to know their residents so well. the fully furnished apartments are made to feel very home like. i would recommend the bridges to everyone and anyone

Love the bridges, clear communication, maintenance is quick, best location, fast response time! Couldn’t ask for a better place to be, best resident events as well.

It feels amazing to be back at Bridges after two years. I really missed the people, the secure and well-maintained facility, and the healthy environment that makes every day enjoyable.

I love it here! Everyone is so nice! I love how all the units come furnished! I think the parking lot could be a little bigger but other than that I love it here! Definitely recommend

Pretty good. Quite expensive and strict rules though. Strict rules on playing music. Overall though nice apartment with good amenities. Just very expensive for how small the rooms are.

Everything here is perfect. I don’t have any complaints besides minimal loud noise on weekends but I can manage. It’s super cozy and the perfect first apartment for me.

This place has good amenities, friendly staff, and clean facilities. The individual contracts for the apartment space is a nice benefit for college students.

I love living at the bridges! The kitchen is very modern and spacious. Each room having its own bathroom is a huge benefit that I love. I also love being right next to campus and not having to worry about transportation to class.

It is great overall. I would recommend it tom friends and families. the only comments is to mention that the apartments should be more cleaner.

Super great apartments! Honestly no complaints. If you have loud roommates the walls could be thin but me and my roommates experience no problems.

I love my place, it’s clean and new. I always feel safe! I feel like it is a bit expensive however compared to other apartments similar priced it is a lot better.

It’s going well, I have no complaints and everyone is very friendly here. Everyone always smiles at me and others. Not noisy at all which is super nice too

The Bridges is very well maintained, throughout the building and with maintenance when needed. My roommates have had some issues with scheduling on time maintenance, but I personally have had a problem with it at all. The staff is very respectful and helpful at all times. And overall, my experience since moving in has been good.

I really like the complex and it’s really kept clean and modern. Front office is always so helpful and kind. The maintenance people are alway on top of everything as well.

Pretty good, like the community things like the patio and fireplaces, I like how close I am to my classes and stuff . Gives the dorm experience without the dorm

The Bridges has really nice amenities and staff. The lounges are all really nice, as are the study rooms. The package room is quite nice, although the system can be somewhat disorganized at times. There is a nice gym and game room. I would say I really like the Bridges. However, my biggest issue is pricing. I understand you get a lot of nice things for what you pay, but there are similar places, meaning they offer the same amenities for cheaper. I would keep that in mind if you're apartment hunting.

Maintenance is always super easy to get a hold of and great. The staff is also super awesome. I love my apartment. It is super spacious and well kept.

So far living in The Bridges has been a positive experience. Everything has been clean and put together. One thing that I wish was changed is the paint. If you put anything against the wall, you have marks on it which results in loosing some of your security deposit.

I love it here!! All the office people are so easy to get ahold of and very understanding. When i need something done i can set up a maintenance request and they fix it right away!

I love the outdoor patio/firepits area! My roommates and I find ourselves out there multiple times a week! I also really enjoy the big window in my bedroom as well as in the living room area. All of the natural light is so so wonderful!

Everything has been good so far minus a few small issues with our AC but the bridge’s maintenance have been great with fixing the issue. Another issue i’ve seen is parking and that there is not enough parking spots in the above parking for residents. Myself and others have had to park on the streets multiple times which is not okay considering we pay quite a lot and should always be able to park in the parking lot, and we should not have to buy underground parking because of this issue. Otherwise everything else seems to be going great.

Some of the staff are really rude to the point that it feels like they don’t want to help answer any of your questions. The community areas in the apartment are not taken care of things are always broken. The apartment is run very poorly would not live here again. Parking is another big problem. There are not enough parking spaces for each resident.

The bridges is a nice place to live. Maintenance and the office has been very helpful with fixing things in a timely manner. I have not had a bad experience, it comes furnished with utilities included. It is clean and I am happy with my choice!

It has been a perfect experience so far! My roomates are really nice and I cannot wait to see what the year brings to them and I! Good luck to anybody deciding in moving down here!

Well so far so good it’s been good living here, I haven’t had a problem yet and it’s very quite and cool and I like the facilities over here

The Bridges is a wonderful establishment. It’s in a perfect location surrounded by plenty of places to eat and many convenience stores. The customer service at the Bridges is lovely and the maintenance workers do a really great job on short notice.

Parking sucks. Dog poop all over the property. Some of the staff are rude. Very expensive and not worth the money for what you are getting. I’d say the only nice thing about the apartments is the location.

So far everything has went so smoothly living at the bridges. Private room and bathroom, easily can get in touch with maintenance almost always next day! Only issue would be parking but what are you supposed to expect parking in the winter of course it’s gonna be hard

It is nice being able to live close to campus. My experience living here has just been okay. They do a good job with trying to roommate match.

I love that the bridges is furnished. Its’s great living here other than the south elevator always breaking down. Maintenance can also take a bit to come sometimes.

The Bridges is a great place to live! Perfect for college aged adults! The underground heated parking is a great benefit as well. Was well worth the additional purchase.

If there was a way to rate The Bridges less than a 1 I definitely would. They charged my roommates and I almost a grand after moving out. The apartment was in perfect condition upon moving out and charged a ridiculous amount for cleaning and painting. Less and less people are leasing from them so they try to make up the lost money by charging the people moving out. They don’t respond to emails and they are very unprofessional. They would come into the apartment without notifying us beforehand. The building was rushed to be finished so everything was done cheaply and poorly. Don’t waste your money here.

They will take your money. The parking is a joke there is not enough parking for everyone. The amenities are not worth the money. The wifi was terrible, we had to keep the wifi guy on speed dial because he was in our apartment so many times. We were constantly filling out maintenance requests. The apartments appear to be nice but all the materials are cheap. The floors easily scratch, the paint easily chips. May as well keep your bed they provide a foot from the wall because it's impossible to keep It from scratching the paint. AND YES you will be charged outrageously for any paint chips. We just moved out. We decided not to re-lease because of our huge disappointment with the apartments and management. They're continuously increasing the rent. They wouldn't even offer to freeze our rent price but then offer cheaper rent to new people leasing in desperation to fill their building. When we moved out we cleaned the apartment top to bottom, cleaned all the appliances, floors, counters, cupboards etc. They still charged us hundreds to clean the apartment, say goodbye to your damage deposit and more. Save your money and lease somewhere else.

BAD: Unreliable Wifi, have to go somewhere else to do homework also many cites are blocked on the wifi. Wall paint is very fragile, would be very risky to even hang posters. Parking sucks, people get towed a lot and there isn't many spaces. Furniture is cute but not very comfortable. GOOD: Study rooms are nice when wifi works. Kitchens are very big and a lot of cupboard space.

I have been living here since August 2018 on the 4th floor. We have had many problems such as a water leak into our kitchen, many cracked walls, internet ports not working, and the worst internet I have ever had. The staff is really great but I do not think that makes up for the flaws. Parking underground can be a challenge because the ramp is usually icy. I also got underground parking AFTER I signed my lease but when I asked to stop underground parking I was told no and that it stays with my lease term. So I pay an extra $50 for something I usually cannot use. Street parking is also trash here. I cannot watch anything on my PS4 or laptop because the internet barely works, this makes homework a very big challenge. They have also decided to up the rent and are very picky about which renters insurance they will accept. I spent months paying extra because my renters insurance was "unacceptable" even though it was done correctly. I strongly suggest looking somewhere else before giving into living here. The price IS NOT worth the location.

I recently signed a lease with The Bridges, the staff was super friendly and they have tons of amenities included! I can't wait to move in!

Awesome amenity spaces and great proximity to NDSU campus! I heard there is a bike share station at the facility when complete - very cool

I recently visited The Bridges and scheduled a tour of the units (hard hat tours) The staff was very accommodating, even with the site under construction. They utilized a UTV to get us around and tour the grounds. I was able to tour a 2 bedroom courtyard view and a corner 4 bedroom unit, the views were amazing and the size of the rooms are very nice. What I found completely outstanding was that every bedroom gets their own bathroom (full tub and storage).
