Property Ratings at The Bridges in Research Park
My boyfriend and I just moved out of the bridges, but not for any negative reasons; we just bought our own home. We moved into the bridges over a year ago as our first place to live in Huntsville after moving across the country from Washington state and I am so glad we chose the bridges! The ladies in the office are extremely nice, accommodating, supportive, and everything you’d want in an apartment complex. Any time maintenance needed to enter our apartment, sufficient notice was made and the maintenance people were just as nice and professional. The apartment itself was well maintained and we loved all of the appliances provided. It was sad to leave our apartment at the bridges but we are on to a new chapter in our life!
I had the opportunity to reside at these apartments for over two years. Initially things were really good; over time management declined and there were multiple issues. We enjoyed the property until noise, rude behavior/lack of follow up, lack of safety became an issue.
I loved living at The Bridges! Here are a few of the highlights: A++ management, same-day maintenance requests, beautiful apartments, spotless property, big parking spaces with no stringent visitor/guest parking restrictions, quiet, good location, etc. You are treated as more than a number on the door, and I couldn't recommend anywhere else in good conscience.
Very quiet. Secured. Ample parking space with room for big SUVs. Clean. Great location. Plenty of room to walk around the apartment complex. Family friendly.
If you live at The Bridges in Research Park Apartments, you will be treated as a valued resident not just a number on the wall next to the apartment door. The apartment community is new, quiet, clean, well-organized, and at an ideal location for career professionals, retirees, and higher education students. The apartments are luxurious, comfortable, spacious with 9-ft ceilings and equipped with reliable home appliances. Also, the apartment community is managed and operated by a local company. The apartment community is meticulously inspected by the management team members and maintained daily. This is not an overstatement; you will notice this immediately after you move in. The management team members strive for the residents' satisfaction. The maintenance crew members are respectful, knowledgeable, and skilled. I am completely satisfied and happy to live at The Bridges in Research Park Apartments, and I have just renewed my lease contract for another lease term.
I was very nervous about finding an apartment in Huntsville because I was moving from out of state and very unfamiliar with the area. The Bridges was one of the highest reviewed complexes in the area so I decided to check them out in person... The apartments are great! New buildings, very clean, modern appliances, etc. They are located very close to multiple shopping centers, theaters, and Top Golf. Shawna and Adam are also great! They have been very helpful with any issues/questions. The few times I have had to call for maintenance issues they have been out the same day. Great place to live!
