Property Ratings at The Breck
I wanted to tour this place since it is close to my work. But when I parked outside to go in I saw some people smoking something with a strong smell of marijuana. Not a good first impression. To my amazement when I walked inside the leasing office these same people followed me in and asked how they could help me! Turns out they worked there! I have nothing against doong what you please but to do it in front of you work place is unacceptable. Needless to say I will not rent here.

This place was a solid affordable apartment until the change in management in 2022. My next lease agreement had rent go up by 300 dollars. Leasing office never picks up the phone but is quick to get in contact when it's time to add fees to your rent. The apartments are not worth what they are charging. Please...just stay away.

Pictures are not real. No units have patio doors. Hidden fees. MONEY HUNGRY. TX owned taking advantage of GA residents. Raised rent 28% on new lease with 7 years tenure and never late. Poor maintenance & roach ridden.
I have been a resident of this community for past 5 years and security has been good but now it is great due to the abundance of security well(daylight almost) lit lighting they just installed throughout the complex and in the breezeways. I feel safe walking my dog at night even better now. Keep up the good work

I enjoyed living here for the time that I did (15 months) staff changed about 3-4 times during the time I lived here and they have always been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always on site and quick to show up and fix any issue. I rarely saw bugs, and was only if something was left out. My boyfriend and I both work from home on the computer and what we do is sometimes very loud and late at night and I never once received a noise complaint. Air condition always worked incredibly (we slept on 65). The apartments are super close to everything we ever needed: grocery store, nail salon, mexican food, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, cvs. There is AT&T fiber internet for a really good price (1000 up/1000 down). Amazon prime now is available here so you can order anything you need even groceries to come at any time during the day at your convenience. Smokey jacks bbq and Frontera were our favorite places to eat that are walking distance :). Rent is very cheap for how large our 1 bed 1 br apartment was. My only complaint is that no one in the office ever answered the phone, you have to go in if you need anything or have a question. If the office is closed you’re screwed. My packages have gotten lost there a few times but it was not too often. Everyone in the community pretty much keeps to themselves, but they are friendly if you smile or say hi. There are a lot of kids and the pool is always a hot spot. The new apartment I live at I am in love with but the staff here has made me realize how amazing the staff really was at Woodland Ridge.
