I've had an amazing 2 years at the Braxton, super friendly staff at the leasing office thank you Andy Sydney Ashley when you get back from a hard day out and about and you enter it's like you're entering your own little Resort thank you for an amazing 2 years

I have been with the Braxton for over three years. Alas, due to job changes I needed to move or else the wife and I would be staying here for much longer. My rent consistently stayed within the current market norm, and the maintenance team are pretty awesome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The aesthetics of the place is also very resort-styled. Hopefully I'll be back in some years to come!

So far the move in has been so easy, so fast, SO EASY!! Amber was a thrill to be around and she was so helpful! Harley is just the sweetest ever! Sydney the leasing manager was the icing on the cake. This group of girls have it together! 10/10 experience Thank you!

I moved to the Braxton Premier Apartments in 2018. This place will be home to me for many years to come. The property has been managed by professionals who care about your family, your safety, your pets, and the condition of your apartment home. The grounds are always maintained in a park like setting. At the Braxton you can almost guarantee that you will live around great neighbors that will become great friends. The administration staff is to be commended for the the hard work they do to insure that all of your needs are met guaranteed.

The complex is beautiful, great value for the area. The ladies at the office, Jennifer, Cindy, and Sidney, were all very helpful with showing me around and telling me about the area. I also loved the pool, it feels like a luxury resort here.

I’ve lived here for five years. Since this was bought by American landmark and became the Braxton the experience has become negative.

I've lived here for 4 years now. I was planning on moving in with my daughter but I just decided to stay for another year. Very happy & I feel safe here

Price gouging, paint drips down the walls, gaps between cabinets and appliances, teetering dish washer and stove. Spray painted closet paint peeled off! Spray paint in general why? DRUG dealers and users. This is NOT luxury and we were very much lied to by the pictures online my lord...

Constant construction noise. They redo your bathroom and kitchen WHILE you live in the apartment. Jack up the utility fess in the middle of the lease.

Moved in back in August of 2019. I've absolutely loved living here. they did some great renovations. not sure how it looked before but I feel like I'm staying at a hotel. great staff, very helpful and the maintenance staff is totally friendly and available. absolutely recommend.

The Vinings is a very nice place to live. I relocated here from Illinois, site unseen, apartment unseen besides the pictures online and the floor plan. The staff worked with me by telephone and email to get all the necessary move-in check list items finished. Upon arrival, the apartment was move-in ready and the complex a beautiful sight to see. Staff are quick to attend to service requests and everyone is friendly! Location is perfect! I recommend The Vinings of Palm Bay!

My first review was declined. They only want you to put goo information or information that is not important about the apartments themselves, just the complex itself. I will try again. Had I taken a GOOD LOOK at my apartment, I would have declined it immediately. The only upgrades I can find to my apartment are new wall plug covers, which to not fit, so now only one electric plus is usable. The sink is rusted, the bathroom fixtures leak rust down the shower wall. All original fixtures and appliances from when it was built,,I'm guessing 1982. The day I moved in the air conditioner was out, the carpet had not been vacuumed much less cleaned, the hot water heater did not work. Air condition went out again 2 weeks ago. I have requested new vertical blinds because mine will not open, and I was turned down without them even looking at them. You can find better. You can hear EVERYTHING,,and I do mean EVERYTHING. Walls and ceiling are paper thin. NO,,,I would not recommend this apartment.

I have lived in the same apartment complex for the past 4 years. I have restaurants walking distance from my door, nice neighbors, and caring management. I've been comfortable for the past 4 years, anything that needs to be done maintenance wise gets done with a quick turnaround time.

I like my apartment complex because it has beautiful landscaping and the rental office repond quickly to maintanence requests and leave a note stating what they did. We have a pond and it has lots of turtle, my son loves going to feed the turtles.

This is our first apartment when we moved to Florida. I found it online prior to our move down here from Michigan on Apartments.com. We were very pleased to see that they pictures where very accurate. We are close to all stores, bus lines and restaurants. Our favorite thing to do every morning is to meet our friends for our daily swim.

For what it's worth it's not as bad as some of the reviews say it is. I Never have seen any criminal activity except the occasional trespasser that the staff dealt with. All the amenities are well maintained and well kept.The apartments are older but still nice. The staff and Maintenance Crew are very friendly and well trusted. The only draw back is that some of the appliances are a bit dated. The grounds and parking lot are well kept up. Overall The Vinings At Palm Bay is a great community to live in despite a few bad apples. The prices are very competitive.

After looking on line at multiple apartment complex's and their pictures which do not match reality it was a breath of fresh air to pull into The Vinings at Palm Bay. From the manicured landscaped entrance to the clean freshly painted buildings this is a great place to live. The residents are an eclectic mix, ranging from college students to family's. The complex has 2 clean sparking pools, a fitness center and multiple laundry facilities not to mention a car wash area. I would highly recommend The Vinings, it is a comfortable place to proudly call home.
