Located in Upstate South Carolina, Greer combines hometown appeal with contemporary living options. Positioned between Greenville and Spartanburg, this growing city features Greer Station, a downtown district where preserved historic buildings house local shops and restaurants. The rental market offers various options, with average monthly rates ranging from $1,286 for one-bedroom units to $1,875 for three-bedroom homes. While two-bedroom rates have decreased by 3.4%, larger units have seen modest increases, yet Greer's rental prices remain competitive with surrounding cities. Established neighborhoods include the downtown area and the communities near BMW Manufacturing, one of the area's largest employers.
Outdoor recreation centers around three lakes - Apalache, Robinson, and Cunningham - while the 12-acre Greer City Park hosts community festivals and events throughout the year.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Bradford Apartments
The property must have new ownership or management because there is a lot of work going on and the apartments look fantastic! They just added a new dog park which is awesome. The on-site manager Monique was super nice and helpful. We are moving in soon and are really excited!
This was a great, simple first apartment. Too bad they got bought out by a greedy group from CA. They are not allowing anyone to renew their lease unless they want to stay in the “renovated” apartments for double the price. I am a single gal that takes care of herself… where am I supposed to go? Where are all of us supposed to go? This is disheartening and cruel.
I like it here so far. Never had any problem with my apt since I moved in. The property is taken care of nicely. The office lady can be a bit rude sometimes I admit.
I've lived here for 10+ years. This place was the cheapest apartments a person could find in Greer without it being Section 8(income restricted). It was cheap because the apartments had been built in the 70s. The apartments weren't horrible as long as you didn't expect too much. Poor insulation. Zero sound proofing. Outdated everything that slowly got replaced after it broke. Once a month the water would be turned off to the entire community in order to find yet another leak. The previous management did what they could to keep the place standing. New management now. They want to start making money right away so they think they can charge new apartment building prices simply by replacing cabinets and sinks. The "updated" apartments are the same run down apartments with a new cheap coat of paint which isn't worth the 400+ dollar rent increase. Heck you aren't even going to have a refrigerator with an ice machine. If you weren't looking for the flashy apartment and were more focused on your budget then this place was one of the better places. For what management wants to charge now, you are infinitely better off looking elsewhere.
This is a terrible place to live management is horrible find any reason to charge you money....
This is a good 1st apartment. The 1 bedroom is beyond cute and spacious. Front office people are friendly and easy to talk to. Great location to everything!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here things don’t get fix and management’s is unprofessional and the wiring is 100 years old apartment home false advertising they just put new carpet and appliances such as bathrooms doesn’t work and kitchen are russed they so old and outdo of the building never pressured washed and air conditioning and heating filter aren’t changed smoke detector haven’t been replaced in years just unfit to live in
Property Manager at The Bradford Apartments, Responded To This Review
I’m so sorry you feel this way. We schedule periodic HVAC checks and always provide filters for residents at anytime. We replace carpet as needed as well as appliances. Never do we allow residents to have plumbing that is not in proper working order. I would be more than happy to discuss your concerns with you directly and right any wrongs. Thank you.
The management here is horrible. They offput maitenence requests for MONTHS. Main office lady is RUDE! They keep raising the prices but will not replace or fix any issues or appliances in the apartments. They would rather do small fixes to large problems for YEARS rather than replace. You are paying basically to live in a cheap horribly run apartment complex
