The Boulavard is an amazing complex that feels safe, and clean, and provides a "homey" feeling of Detroit. Kassem is the best! The office staff is always great to talk with and the Amazon hub in the lobby is extremely convenient. The building is very diverse so everyone will definitely feel welcome.

The Boulevard is a very nice building with plenty of solid features for young adults. The appliances and apartment features all appear to be relatively new, and for he most part the hallways and common areas are kept clean. There definitely is a lack of community to some degree, but that could be due to being new to the area. It would be nice to see the surrounding area around the building build up a little bit more, as there aren't many nice restaurants or bars within a 1 mile walk of the complex.

Im extremely satisfied My number one reason for selecting The Boulevard, was the close proximity to my sons school. He can walk to and from with his friends , they can stop by one of the delicious eating spots along their route from school, I can hop on the lodge freeway and go to work() my parents stay five minutes away. Doesnt get any better than that.. oh yeah!! almost forgot minutes away from downtown

Dont move here unless its for convenience, like maybe attending Wayne State or for work. The walls are very thin and you will catch yourself tip toeing in your own apartment out of fear of neighbors hearing your every move. I.

This is an amazing clinic with the most warm and responsive staff!! The apartment are beautiful and allow you to have all of the privacy you could want. The community amenities are incredible and they hold amazing events that allow you to socialize with your fellow residents. This move was the best decision of my life for both quality and security and Mariena and Leo make everything wonderful every day!!

I have lived in many new modern apartments and this one by far is one of the best. I have lived in Arizona, Los Angeles, and Portland Oregon. The Boulevard was the only spot I could find in Detroit (actually all of Michigan) that reminded me of the west coast. It's modern with a hip vibe while still feeling comfortable. The first thing that sold me on this spot was the staff. They are all friendly and extremely helpful but Mariena in particular sold us. Her positive high energy and professionalism made us feel 100% confident that the Boulevard was the right choice. She really goes above and beyond to make connections and help you find what will fit your needs most. Plus she is genuine and I honestly feel you can trust that she is never just trying to make a sale. My boyfriend and I have lived here now for 6 months and nothing has changed with the staff. They are always friendly and there for you when you need them. The apartment is great. We love the space, the design, and the features. All of the appliances are amazing and my patio is fantastic. It's quiet!! We never hear other neighbors. The amenities are amazing. You get much more for the price than you will at any other luxury apartment complex in the area. Do yourself a favor and call The Boulevard Apartments if you want to live your best life!

I’ve lived here for a year and had to move sadly because of graduate school. But Jamison, Mariena and Shaina made the whole moving AND living experience incredible. I moved here from out of state totally new to Michigan and they all did such an amazing job. Shoutout to Maurice who went beyond to always be there for me with service requests! I am not the type to go write reviews unless the experience is really amazing or really bad... living in The Boulevard is one of my more amazing experiences. I have been living here since August and this apartment complex just keeps becoming more beautiful and perfectly modern. Everything in this building is constantly being kept clean and adding new things to it very often. Besides the fact that this complex is absolutely stunning, the team that helps keep running everyday makes my experience better. Shaina has been more than helpful each time I required something or had a small issue. Jameson is also extremely helpful with helping me find the perfect apartment in this building for me. I really do suggest moving here for many purposes, after the complex tour to this very day I am obsessed!!!
