The Blake is a peaceful community to live in! The staff and maintenance are wonderful to work with!

I looked at many complexes in my search for a good place to live here and finally found just the perfect one for me in available amenities, safety and livable area. I especially like the attached garage in my unit.

It has been the most wonderful experience living here at The Blake. I don’t usually leave reviews for much of anything, but I need to for this apartment complex. Management is so kind, professional, and responsive. This is a small community, so it is really not noisy and feels safe. It is such a great location. The gym has good equipment and is easy to access. I feel like I am getting my money’s worth living here. This is the first apartment complex i’ve seen display the fees/add on’s in their front page. I think that is such a good move. I have already recommended The Blake to so many friends. I feel like I struck gold finding this place and living here,

These are the nicest apartments I've ever lived in. The maintenance outside is always very clean and well kept adding to how nice these are. Any time I've had an issue with something not working in my apartment, it's always promptly fixed and everyone that works here is so nice. It's beautiful, quiet and I love living here.

This is a fantastic place to call home. Shopping, entertainment, churches, are all very convenient. The property is safe, secure, well lit, well maintained. It is incredibly quiet. The staff are all very friendly and responsive. You will likely have a hard time finding a better community.

We just moved in last month but we love living here so far! Our apartment is in great condition with new appliances and everyone we’ve met has been very friendly :) the Blake is better than our last apartment in every way shape and form! And the managers were very helpful getting us applied and moved in.

The people in their office are extraordinarily helpful. A few unusual issues during our application and move-in process came up and they were attentive, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Couldn’t ask for better help from Inna - and others - at the Blake apartments. Also, terrific facility. Attractive and well-maintained all around. No complaints.

The Blake Apartments have made an amazing effort to keep my apartment feeling like a home. The maintenance in a fast, clean, and helpful manner. The team at The Blake Apartments are kind and friendly, even at a social distance!

The Blake has been a wonderful home for my family! A small complex in a safe neighborhood is very important to me, and any concerns I had were addressed by management and handled effectively. The two big grass areas are great for my boys to run around in and cleaning up after pets is managed well with plenty of doggy bag pick up stations.

The Blake is a great place to call home. Having my own garage for hassle free parking and storage has been fantastic!

The Blake, has been a blessing. The online application and lease signing was so convenient. Liz, was very helpful and professional throughout the entire move.

One of my favorite things about the Blake, is how small and quiet it is. It’s in a great location and I? love how cozy my unit looks. I? had a wonderful experience moving in and am loving it so far!!

Overall I love the place, we like the fact that it is quiet , very well lit up in the night. Not a large community as far as buildings in the apartment. Very impressed with the scenery, love there is enough room for animals to relieve themselves. Bottom line "everything is fixable"

I have lived in four different apartment communities (all under different management staff) and this one has by far been the best experience. Friendly staff and neighbors, noise levels don't appear to be very high, very spacious units with tons of natural light, and paying rent and utilites is a breeze.

I put in for information about an apartment at The Blake and I was pretty pleased with the phone call I had with the manager. He was helpful and nice I really hope to do more business with him. I had questions about peta and he was more than happy to ask higher management to see if we could be cleared and was able to answer the questions I had. I had recently talked to another property manager and they had told me flat out no straight away, no checking with higher management or anything. But, overall a wonderful phone experience with the manager here!

We did a lot of research before picking an apartment in Spokane/Spokane valley/liberty lake. The prices are crazy all around this area. I’m so glad we picked The Blake. The staff at The Blake Apartments have been super friendly and professional. The process of applying/moving in was effortless. We love the location. We also only ever had one maintenance request and they fixed the problem right away. Honestly, for the price you can’t find a better apartment than this.

My daughter and I have been at the Blake for a little shy of a year, and living here has been a great experience. We are close to shopping , trails and 20 min to downtown Spokane. The Blake is an awesome apartment complex. Thanks

The Blake is an above-average aparment living facility that worked within my circumstances, and were responsive to an issues or questions I had.

Moved in from out of state and management has been fantastic and our new place is clean and beautiful. We're so thankful to have found the Blake.

A great place to live!

My daughter and I have been at the Blake for a little over five months now, and living here has been great. Management is awesome and they respond to any complaints or maintenance in a timely manner. I would recommend The Blake anytime.

The Blake apartments is the best place Ive ever lived. All the staff is kind. Every issue or question I have is resolved in timely manner. A great place to live!

The move-in process was smooth and efficient. Michael answered all my questions and went out of his way to make it possible for me to move in without having to take time off work. The place is very nice, modern, clean, and quiet.

We moved to the USA and Blake was the first place we could truly call home. We felt cared for and comfortable. Our manager is great and helps us handle any issues we might have. After living here for about a year, we decided to shop around and see what Spokane Valley has to offer for the sake of comparison, we would come to an apartment community and say that we live at Blake and they said that we wouldn’t be able to live anywhere else after Blake. I suppose we are spoiled with the service we have here and the awesome homes. We love to come to the clubhouse for coffee and tea every day, they also have a Culligan water filtration system that allows us to fill our water bottles after the gym. If you are looking for a place to call home, don’t look any more, this place is awesome.

The Blake is staffed with very personable people, and the community is warm and inviting.

The Blake is a beautiful place to live. I look forward to coming home everyday. I love that I can workout anytime night or day in a fully equipped gym just steps away from my door. I can also run outside on the trails right next to the apartment complex. Grocery stores are conveniently close as well as shopping centers, coffee shops and restaurants. The residents here are truly spoiled by the staff. Cookies are baked daily and snacks are set out, along with beverages for all residents to enjoy. These are open to us daily in the club house making it a great place to relax and hang out. The staff are very welcoming and always go above and beyond when it comes to resident satisfaction. Johnny and Michael are always there to listen to any detail you may care to share and help in any way they can. If you catch Johnny on a show day you can see him wearing his star suit. Come in! You won’t regret it. I truly love living here. It has been a great experience. I’m happy to call it home.

I have lived at The Blake for over 2 years, and would highly recommend anyone to live here. I moved across the United States from Pennsylvania to Spokane Valley. The staff was very accommodating to send video tours of the apartments to me prior to the move. It is a small community with the friendliest staff, and great neighbors. Tim (maintenance man) is probably the hardest working and nicest person you will ever meet. Michael and Johnny in the office always make you feel welcome when you come into the community center. They always stop what they are doing to help you. They have fun events for the community to come together such as the pool party and bingo night. I would say The Blake has the nicest apartment staff, with a wonderful community family friendly feeling. The location of The Blake is great only being within minutes from the mall and right around the corner from Target and Safeway. There is a beautiful walking/running trail right in the back yard of The Blake. The trail is well lit at night making an evening walk safe and enjoyable.

My name is Maksim and I would like to talk today about my beautiful community that I live in. The Blake community is a beautiful and coziest and most warm community to live in. The finishes in the homes are amazing and very well done. I live in a two-bedroom one-bathroom phase 2. I have hard wood floors, which is super amazing. I love the fact that I have a big living room and very large kitchen. I would not even call this an apartment but I would call it a pent house or a condo. Very large and specious. I want to mention how amazing the maintenance department is at the Blake. Tim is the maintenance supervisor at Blake and he does an amazing job. He is very kind and very polite. He is very respectful to your belongings and he does an amazing job. I submitted a work order online and 1 hour later I get a message saying its done. Wow that is so quick. Having 100 apartment homes on the property and doing work orders so quick that's amazing. Honestly thumbs up for Tim. He does an amazing job, he is very clean and never leaves a single mark in your home after having him do a work order. Thanks for Tim for making our life at Blake amazing.

Everything is amazing about Blake! The management is amazing and the quality is fabulous. Also the location is perfect, very close to work.

We transferred from another Greystar property and the process was super easy. The management staff, Michael and Jonny, made the uncertain situation seamless. It is a quiet community and everyone seems to respect that. I highly recommend The Blake.
