I’ve been living here for 2+ years now. The maintenance is always spot on and very attentive. The office staff are beyond friendly and welcoming. The pool is always well kept in the summer and I always bring my friends and family to enjoy, some have been very tempted to apply to live! The workout center is awesome as well & the office center is great for when I have work to complete at home. It is minutes away from everything as well. I love it here! - Courtney B

The Birches is a great community to rent from. Their upgraded apartments have great amenities, and your rental comes with an in-ground pool, an internet cafe, and a workout room. The staff is wonderful as well. Maintenance handles all calls quickly and efficiently, Adriana makes the office very pleasant and is always there to help with anything you might need, and Diane has really made the community a better place. I have enjoyed my experiences at the Birches, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

It’s very good experience to get my apartment with The Birches . Adriana in the leasing office is very helpful . She helped me with everything. Mr. Eddie the maintenance guy is very good person . Apartment was very clean and everything is new inside . So it’s good experience in everything.

These apartments are over priced and the people here are very rude. The staff is ignorant and the neighbors are too loud and smoke very heavy. They shoot around in the area to ! Wouldn't recommend living here!

I've lived here for 23 years. Grounds are well kept, I love the pool, my neighbors are friendly and respectful. Maintenance handles my request quickly and effectively. Great customer service, office girls are always helpful and friendly.
A few years ago these apartments weren't all that great, so I was definitely skeptical when looking at them. The new management team is AMAZING, the office staff is great and I feel really secure in my apartment. Although mine is not one of the updated units everything is in working condition. They are on top of maintenance requests and never takes one lightly. Noise is normal given it is warmer outside right now, I never hear anyone making noise later in the evenings. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to call home, they're also very forgiving with credit situations. I never thought I'd be able to rent any place on my own until now! Love The Birches!
The birches is a very nice place to live. They keep the premises up. I have come in late at night and you don't have to worry about crime. It is across the street from a hospital. When I got very sick it was very easy for me. The neighborhood is nice and the staff is, respectful. I love how they work with you when it comes to paying rent.
Very nice complex for the price. Many amenities included and a nice outdoor area with the pool. Fitness room is convenient but small. Located close too I-55 and I-80 and near many shopping areas and the mall. Pet friendly and completely fenced in lot. Would highly recommend the Birches.
