I moved into Greenleigh at Crossroads back in 2018 after buying a townhouse in the community, and I actually sold one of the very first houses built here in 2017. I always admired the luxury of the Berkleigh, and here we are seven years later, and I’m living in a two-bedroom apartment. Life circumstances have brought me here, and honestly, it’s everything I imagined. The amenities are top-notch, the pool is gorgeous, the lifeguard is super friendly, and the gym is always in great shape. Everything is spotless, there’s always someone cleaning, and it shows. Accessibility is good, and while public guest parking can be a little tricky sometimes, it’s not a dealbreaker. Fortunately for me, most of my friends already live in the neighborhood, so that helps, lol. All in all, the Berkleigh lives up to the hype. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in Greenleigh.

Since moving into our new unit we are sooooo happy! Our move in punch list was taken care of immediately. The front office worked with us on timing the move and the neighbors have been so pleasant. When we first moved to The Berkleigh our plan was to be here for one year, now, we are in no hurry to move and extended our lease. The amenities, events, kindness of staff, and cleanliness of the property makes it difficult to leave. It’s my first time ever living in an apartment and I am very happy with the experience.

We’ve lived at The Berkleigh since 2023 and have been generally pleased. While not everything is perfect, we understand no community can meet every expectation. With over 40 years of business experience, I know rules are necessary, but thoughtful exceptions can build goodwill. Unfortunately, some tenants abuse policies, making special considerations harder to evaluate fairly. The Maintenance staff is exceptional in every way. The Management team handles a tough job balancing enforcement with service, and while that can create tension, we respect their efforts and professionalism. I love my apartment and how quiet the neighborhood is. A few minor things like the water pressure and no closet door annoy me but I really can't complain.

The staff and maintenance team are amazing. Very helpful, understanding and kind. The neighborhood is very kid friendly and caters towards families. I do wish the pool was a different setup, but not really a big complaint about it.

The community is well-kept. When you submit a maintenance ticket, they usually respond quickly. I love how close we are to the stores, mall, grocery stores, shops, and electric and gasoline stations. I wish we could get a grocery store in our immediate community. We do have at least three within 10 minutes or so. I love our amenities. The staff is friendly. I love community events. I enjoy meeting my neighbors.

The overall experience has been good. The response time for service request is also very good. They are also very good at communicating with tenants keeping them informed about what happening in the facility.

This is a nice property. I wouldn’t call it luxury living, but it is nice and has several nice amenities. The Maintenance team is top notch, they are quick to respond and efficient when they come to do work. The front office crew is very pleasant and make you feel at home. The food trucks and pop up stuff is always nice. I only give it 4 stars because it is not the most family friendly. Our neighbors downstairs complained about our 3 year old so now we constantly feel the need to stay on her to tip toe. And if you live on the 4th or 5th floors you pay the same amount for parking but don’t get your cars covered in the garage. It’s a nice property and conveniently located.

Our time here has been amazing! The staff is truly the best and the amenities are amazing and well taken care of. ( the theater could use a better sound system but other than that is still amazing)

It has been 4 months and I must say downsizing from being a homeowner to apartment living was extremely scary. I can honestly say that The Berkleigh Community has made this move for me very easy transition. The Resident are extremely friendly. The leasing office staff especially Kirsten is very responsive and attentive. The maintenance can use some improving with communication, with that being said they have been effective with fixing any issues we have had. Overall the Community has been awesome to live in. We are looking forward to the season change to give more reviews of what it's like all year long.

This feels more like a resort than an apartment. Beautiful building, nice people. A true community feel. A professional caring staff that make you feel at home and plans wonderful events for the residents. I would recommend you check us out if you are thinking of our area.
Amazing customer service from the leasing office. Every time I called, my phone call was answered (not my experience at other apartment buildings) and my questions were addressed.

I really enjoy the movie theater room and community room! I’ve had the opportunity to host a few events for friends and guests, and this is something new I haven’t had a chance to do at other properties.

Overall I think this is a nice apartment. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. Leasing office responds to messages within a reasonable amount of time. Location is great to easily get to 95. Noise level is ok. I do often hear upstairs neighbors and people in the resident areas from my apartment. For a luxury apartment I do think that some of the fixtures/appliances are on the cheaper side. The “trash rooms” are often a mess and that design should be reevaluated. Keyless apartment and garage entry would be an improvement. There is a resident calendar but the events seem to be not as nice or as involved as other apartments I’ve rented. They do have food trucks often if you happen to work a more traditional schedule. There is an Amazon hub for packages which is nice unless your package doesn’t fit or if it is full and you have to wait til office hours to receive your package. Area is well lit and walkable.

The maintenance team is awesome and everyone in the leasing office is courteous. I appreciate the routine cleaning and the orderly weight room the horizontal bike is my favorite exercise equipment.

Really happy to have picked The Berkleigh to stay. The management staff were so helpful with signing my lease and moving in.
