The Benjamin Lofts

Benjamin lofts is a great place to live. It's a bit expensive, but its close to campus, and includes everything needed to be comfortable. The events are fun, and I hope that there will be more of them in the future.

I’ve been here for three years now and it’s been an amazing place to call home! The staff is incredible and the building is so well built. The fire sprinkler systems make me feel super safe. All around an amazing place to live!

I love the amenities of living here at the Benjamin. I love that it is safe and secure. Staff is warm and friendly. They take the time to get to know the residents.

So far I like it however there are some issues that management need to address for example for the past two years I have lived here every summer. The AC goes out for a monthss.

Benjamin lofts is a great place to be.. close to campus and a easy way to run into people and make friends. The apartments are nice, just big enough to live and have friends or family over.

It is a nice a quiet community, it has a beautiful courtyard where you can just sit outside and enjoy some fresh air. The place also had amazing air conditioning!

Love mostly everything about this place. Front desk is great, never had any issues except that my air conditioning/heating unit hasn’t worked for months. It was fine during the winter because of the space heater but I am pretty worried about the next few months without air conditioning

Very nice modern apartment for the price, especially because all utilities (except laundry) are included in the rent. I really like having my own bathroom. Also, the maintenance team is very helpful and friendly!

it has been a good experience so far, staff is friendly and willing to help. There is great amenities like the game room, the grill outside and the gym.

The benjamon lofts is a good place to live. It comes fully furnished and everything runs smoothly. The only thing that caused me to rate thie four instead of five stars is I was accidentally charged multiple times for parking fees, and the rent is a bit high. Luckally though, the parking fees were refunded. Overall, good service and I plan to come back again next year.

The Benjamin lofts has become a home away from home while going to school and I am so appreciative of it! The staff is kind, the space is great and I would highly recommend!

Friendly staff they are always in the lobby to greet individuals who come in or answer questions and luckily, I got blessed with-amazing roommates

The workers are nice, the rooms are nice, the community feel is nice! Everything about this place is great. They keep you informed on everything that is going on along with supplying you with a great place to live.

It's been fine. The heat in my room is still broken but I like my space heater. The hot water doesn't last long sometimes and I get stuck with a cold shower after my roommate which sucks.

Really like the quietness and private parts of the suites, really nice staff too and feel genuinely safe around the area great places to walk my dog too while also being a few minutes of a walk to campus

It’s very cleanly, and pleasing to look at. The community environment is nice and professional, as well as still feeling fun and comfortable.

Ain't gonna lie, it's nice here. Everyone I've talked to seems really friendly, especially the staff. Though it is a little strange walking through completely silent halls

All the parking spots are always full with people that do not have parking pass at night. Also a lot of college kids in the day will come and park in our parking lot and we need to do something about it and then the winter time the heater doesn’t work because most people put on the heater and then the break the heater

Just moved into my new apartment, and I’m absolutely thrilled! The space is cozy, beautifully set up, and instantly feels like home. It has such a warm and inviting vibe that makes every day feel refreshing. It’s the perfect place to start this exciting new chapter, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made. From the location to the layout, everything just clicks. Can’t wait to make more memories here and settle in even more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and uplifting space to call home!

It’s peaceful and I love the courtyard, it is always stays clean. I also enjoy the study rooms in the buildings, the window adds nice natural lights

This place is much better than living in a dorm. It's much more affordable and the amenities are amazing. The staff are super friendly and the apartment is extremely homie.

Everything about the place is really nice, This is my first apartment and the amenities are nice. Its convenient to have a laundry room at the end of each wing. My only thing that I was slightly disappointed by was the gym and the lack of equipment. But overall it’s an amazing place

I like living here. Sure, there is no elevator, but the rooms are nice and I have everything I need. Plus, I like the staff, they have all been very professional.

The first few days here have been really good so far! It’s clean, everything is easy to access, I really love it! And my cat is really like it as well!

I’ve lived here for almost two years now and I am very pleased with this apartment complex! If you can deal with whatever your other roomate’s bring it’s a perfect deal for students!

everyone’s super helpful! even when they can’t always help they’re pretty good about helping you find someone who can. They’re pretty quick about it as well, which is helpful.

Outside area clean and well taken care of. Has study areas if needed Gives out drinks to residents during different times of the year and can also be snacks

Just moved in but it's really nice and I like how close to campus we are. The bedrooms are cute plus a great bathroom and closet. Making friends here is easy as you always see people walking around.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. Plumbing has had consistant difficulty, even after service. Kitchen space is large with all the necessities.

So far, the staff have been friendly and well accommodating. I have enjoyed the thought if living close to campus and look forward to making new friends.

I have had so many problems with applying and navigating my lease and everything I need to do before moving in. There are many things that don’t make sense with the lease and the resident portal is lacking in helpful information.

The amenities and the cleanliness and the safety are worth it. The gym is also the perfect size. Last year I was given access to resident portal to match with my roommates myself, but this year I was told the complex will be doing the matching for me with my old answers from freshman year (junior). I do not like the amount of maintenance entrances or letters that we receive. We’ve gotten them for weeks and weeks on end now where we have days, usually 6, that we are supposed to allow maintenance in our home and the list of reasons is very long. There have been three seperate instances now where nobody knocked on the door they just entered. I have renewed for a third year, so the amenities and such I said above does overall make up for those things! Better than most other places in Cheney.

Great apartments in a nice area. Everything was clean and functional just as the pictures had portrayed. Only flaw would be no fan in the bathroom.

Really nice place! The property is always clean and never a mess! The elevator does have a bit of a funky smell but overall a great place to stay at!

I’ve had an overall great experience living here! I really like having a personal HVAC mini-split in my room. The distance from campus is basically unbeatable. My only “complaint” is that I wish the office staff were more approachable. Each of the few times I’ve had to ask a question, the people available have seemed inconvenienced. Other than that minor issue, I’ve had a great time here :)

I love renting here. The staff here is super nice and awesome. It's not loud at all super quiet. I could not recommend a better place to live at.
