INFESTED DO NOT RENT HERE

I lived in these apartments for a year from 2022-2023. The management is terrible and it’s completely infested with bed bugs and roaches. I had roaches in all of my belongings no matter how much I cleaned and got fumigated. My AC broke I was in 100° living conditions with dogs and because of the roaches my dog got sick. They won’t fix anything and are super rude. When they gave me a potable ac it was completely dirty and broken. They don’t care at all please do NOT rent here. You guys are insanely terrible and don’t care of the health of your residents. I am not the type of person to complain but wow that year of living there was like hell.

Roaches everywhere, dirty, holes in the walls, broken windows, smells like dirty diapers. Management Company sucks and never responds to requests or emails.

Over 3 year Tenant

This complex was somewhat ok before Moss management took over. The place is infested with pests. So much that they constantly give out notices about bed bugs. For all the money that they charge it’s a true dump. Maria by far very rude and the entire Moss management company is no help if you complain she will tell you to “move somewhere else”. I wouldn’t doubt them paying off ppl to give false good reviews. 5/2019

Huge & Great Value

We love our 1 Bedroom Apartment. It's Gigantic . All the other apartment buildings in the area were so small compared to this one and the same price. Great value and a nice place to live

Manager & Maintenance are Great!!

I am enjoying living at this complex managed by Maria. Maintenance have been very helpful and attentive to my needs. They always make sure that my requests were completed to meet my standards

Gigantic apartments and a great place to Live

We love our 1 Bedroom Apartment. It's Gigantic . All the other apartment buildings in the area were so small compared to this one and the same price. Great value and a nice place to live.
