During the summer months it was 100 degrees outside and that's when my A/C unit went out. In fact it went out in the whole building so all my fellow neighbors were suffering the heat. I asked for a service request and got assured it would be fixed with promises it will be fixed on certain days, but each day came and went. It still isn't fixed so if your looking for an apartment that is kept up with in a maintenance sense. This is the wrong apartment. Ps keeping the A/C maintained is in the lease under responsibilities for the landlord.

This complex has terrible customer service. They never answer the phone and they never return calls. No one is ever in the office and when they are, they don’t answer the door. Keep looking!

I love the Belmont. I visited so many places in the Northland area, but you’ll get the most for your money at the Belmont. My 1 bed is fantastic. Maintenance is very quick, the apartments are in great condition, the area feels very safe, and there’s tons of shopping nearby. Price Chopper, Target, Hy-Vee, and WalMart are all within a 10-minute drive. It only takes 15 minutes to get downtown, too, and is just a few miles from St. Luke’s North. I highly recommend this property!

I have only lived her a week but the people running this apartment complex are amazing. April is the nicest and she’ll help you with anything you need. Nermin the maintenance man had to come because our air conditioner wasn’t working right and called within 10 minutes after I placed the order and fixed it that day. I am so impressed with our apartment and it’s exactly what we wanted! I highly recommend The Belmont Apartments to everyone!

I have loved living at The Belmont since I sold my home. Office and maintenance are great at getting things done. I hope to live here many more years.

I’ve lived here for over a year. I love love love the office staff. They are understanding and the sweetest people ever! Maintenance is the best and the sweetest. Only thing wrong with the place is the pool, I would have expected something a little bigger but other then that. I love living here!

I have lived here for 4 years now. The office staff April in particular is just amazing. Anytime I need a repair done or have any issue, she’s on top of it and handles it in a timely manner.

Moved out of my apartment on July 28th and still haven’t received my deposit . I have been getting the run around . I asked for the corporate number and they wouldn’t give it to me . I found it on my own . I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau.

I moved into The Belmont at the end of March 2017 with my two roommates. In June, one of my roommates did something unfortunate to himself inside of our apartment. He is no longer with us, so we couldn't bare to continue living there without him. The ladies who work in the office made it extremely difficult for us. They did not give us our $1500 deposit back. In addition to that, we had to pay $1500 to buy out of our lease. We lived there for two months and there were no damages in the entire apartment besides a hole in the wall from the incident. I understand that business is business, but I expected a little more compassion. It was not a normal circumstance so they shouldn't have handled it as if it was. They were so hard to work with throughout our entire stay there. There was a bad leak in our apartment and the apartment below us for about a month before the ladies sent someone to check it out. I am not one to leave poor reviews whatsoever, but I guess there is a first for everything. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless you enjoy being screwed over for months straight with no way out.

Before the apartments were bought out and were called North Pointe. The staff was so kind, willing to work with you on rent, one to two day turnaround on maintenance request. Now called Belmont, takes at least a month turnaround on maintenance request. Apartments are extremely outdated for the price they charge. Have to pay $20 and up on water bill. Work out room is non existent, don't let them fool you. Had a maintenance done and you would of thought a 10 year old did it. Bad, bad, bad. No training. Can't even calk a bathroom.

I have lived at north pointe forbover a year and decided to resign my lease due to them getting bought by new management. The complex was basic in the beginning, no remodeling done on the outside, bo pest control and I was bombarded with centipedes. Since the property was bought, I have gotten my apartment sprayed, maintenance is a little busy, they have remodeled the outside of our units, replaced wood on balcony, put in puppy trash bags around the property, and at the moment redoing the sidewalk. I am on housing, so I get assistance since I'm on disability and I still get treated the same.
