So far it has been amazing! The property is always very clean, and kept up! There has been a few electrical problems, like the gates around the garden and dog park are not locking and the gate to the mail room is not locking either - those could be addressed.

We love everything about living here. Landscaping is very nice, the apartment buildings are well taken care of. The pool is nice and refreshing on these hot Florida days. I appreciate the emails we get letting us know how to prepare for a hurricane, or informing us of a food truck event. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Lived here for over 2 years, have had nothing but a great expierence. The only drawback is the hallways and elevator get dirty very quick and can be a little gross.

The Beck is a hidden gem. The community is tucked back, quiet, and clean. My wife and I had a great experience living here. The only change I wish for is to redesign the parking lot for building 8801, I don’t understand why every spot is compact.

Hidden fees, dirty property, Unfriendly staff. If anything breaks they will add the cost to your rent then charge a late fee after never telling you about the extra charge followed by 3 day notice to pay or quit. Steer clear. Save your money look elsewhere.

I have both owned homes and lived in other luxury apartments previously. The complex is nice enough and we love the layout but the managers of the apartment complex will have a group of people walk through each room of the apartment at least quarterly. This applies to the entire complex. You can’t opt out, and they require you to kennel your pets for this. There’s a 3 day window for them to come in. We’ve lived here for 6 months and this is already the 3rd time we’ve had employees come walk through our home. The last reason was “to look for leaks or if we need new appliances”. This building is only a year old, so why do they need to check these things so often? Giving one star bc we feel like our privacy isn’t valued and respected and we have no option to decline these intrusions.

The Beck at Hidden River are the best apartments in the area. It is located conveniently near I-75, but is also bordering the Lettuce Lake Park nature preserve. We moved in 3 months ago after selling our house. It's been a great transition so far. The staff is amazing and accommodating. If there's any issue they are on top of things immediately. The office and maintenance are both friendly and competent. The apartments are very nice and the pool and gym area are amazing. I definitely recommend moving here if you need a nice place to rent.

Excellent apartment complex brand new. I really like the amenities, yoga classes and cafeteria. It also has a walking route to exercise and enjoy surroundings. The management is very diligent, friendly and proactive. Very fast response to maintenance requests. Chandler is very attentive and answered all my questions before moving in, and made the check-in process easy and fast. Ashley was very friendly showing me the amenities. The only cons I have found are the following: 1. Vinyl Laminate Flooring (Water Resistant, not Waterproof) in the bathrooms instead of having tiles. It makes it stressful to pay attention all the time if we leave drops of water after taking a shower. Not ideal. 2. Being a new apartment complex and not necessarily cheap for Tampa area, the pool could have been saltwater and heated. New complexes I compared with have saltwater and heated pools. These are just related to the construction choices and not related to the management and maintenance team which are very helpful, friendly, cordial and proactive.

Love this apartment. Updated appliances, high ceilings, amazing amenities. Community is super quiet and safe. The staff is wonderful. The only thing I would note is that you will need to take your large boxes to the trash center down the road, as the valet trash only picks up trash bags.

The Beck has an awesome pool and great amenities. They even have a great dog park with the cutest little watering station. And the Garden Area is Beautiful. Had a tour with the community and the staff was very helpful. Could not have asked for a better team to help me in my adventures.

We have lived here a few months and overall we like it so far. The staff have been great, especially the maintenance guys who’ve been helpful in every possible way and always take care of us. The staff communicates pretty well and seem to be on top of everything. We love our brand new apartment with lots of thoughtful, luxury touches, and we especially love all the amenities like the pool, dog park and gym. The location is awesome and convenient. It’s peaceful and quiet living here for the most part, and very dog friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. It’s so nice to be able to walk along the parkway and enjoy the scenery. My only constructive feedback is the following: - the common areas need to be cleaned more frequently and thoroughly, specifically the hallways and stairway areas. You can’t call really yourself a luxury complex when there’s always dead bugs and dirt all over, and stains all over the floors. - the trash service is disappointing because we are not able to recycle. They say they collect paper and cardboard only, which is not enough as it should be ALL recyclables. However the trash company just throws it all away anyway. It’s very disturbing. They are also super picky about taking trash, even despite us paying for this service. - the Luxor system for packages sounded great at first but we are constantly having to call them for putting our packages in the wrong building or even in the wrong box. It’s really more of a nuisance. - there is plenty of parking but most of the spots are compact and no one can fit in them comfortably. Not sure why. - the way the buildings are addressed is extremely confusing. I’m not sure why they designed it with the same address but multiple building numbers. But getting deliveries is a nightmare because no one can ever find us. Again, overall we are pleased. I would definitely recommend.
