Property Ratings at The Beacon CLO
I was really excited to move into a two story apartment, but I quickly realized how poorly the building was being ran. Not only were things inside the apartment visibly cheaply done, there are also issues with the trash rooms and the whole system they used to unlock doors. Epic also went bankrupt which caused the building of the stage to be stopped and all the commercial spaces below to pull out. There’s no real amenities and the price is insane for all the issues we’ve encountered. Save your money.
