Property Ratings at The Bauer Apartments
For the price they’re charging you can go somewhere better. There’s roaches and stray cats EVERYWHERE which means FLEAS. You can smell the trash from a mile away and not to mention that it is super rare to have a day where you can’t hear people right outside your window. Management is rude and nasty and this place is super run down.
This place is now under new management and they are awesome, respectful, professional and caring. Clean, quiet, safe neighborhood with amazing maintenance people. The apartments are beautiful. People are friendly. I really love it here. It's my family, my forever home.

Management and maintenance are the best O have experienced at any apartment complex. They are friendly, courteous, and prompt. Tiffany especially did everything she could to help make this move possible.

I love the bauer .
We have been residing her for over a year. The office staff as well as maintenance staff are always very courteous any time we see them. Additionally, any issue that may arise they jump to help. If it werent for the caring staff we may not have stayed when our lease was up.
I really love how the up keeps of the property no trash is on the grounds , no broken down vehicles are on the premises very quiet complex.
Fast quick service with good communication and skills and it made my day easier and less worried. I truly love this community me an my family have only been in this community lesser then a year and we plan on going no where no time soon. This is a beautiful,friendly community.

Beautiful apartments, friendly & professional management, exceedingly competent maintenance.
Now I Wouldn’t Say It’s The Worst Place To Live. It’s okay considering how cheap it is and how much space is in the apartment. Very decent space and master bed is a good size with a nice bathroom. Now for the Cons it is a lot of kids in the area that look to be unattended walking around. High school and yound adults hanging outside all hours of the night. The biggest thing that really grinds my gears and make this a uncomfortable place to live is the Internet Provider. They have Direcpath and it is the most TRASH service you can have. If you have kids that need the internet or you have to do work on the internet at home don’t live here until they make a change to their internet provider. There will be no Netflix, Social Media, Gaming or anything as the internet concerned going on in your apartment. If you don’t care about that. The Price Is Right.
This place is absolutely hideous to live in. Very poorly maintained and very trashy tenants. If you decide to live here you can expect to have your vehicle damaged by the unruly children, roaches, drugs being sold all hours of the night and day, breezeways are filled with trash, thugs hanging out in the Breezeway all hours of the night doing drugs, robberies and shootings. Hailey the apartment manager, if she is still there, is a phony and a liar. She doesn't care about the tenants or the condition of the place. The gentleman above her is very rude and disrespectful just like her. Paying your rent is all they care about. This place needs to be condemned.
I can't wait to vacate this property. Since I lived here there's been two stabbings a shooting and several physical altercations. Police are here to the point you think they live in the complex my high school daughter has been approached by grown men and the children in the complex are very disrespectful. I had mold in my unit that I had to treat myself due to the office and maintenance response being it must be dirt. My son was bitten by a dog and no action was taken. I would much rather bring my family to a motel than sign another lease here.
Do not move to these apartments! All the windows leak and are moldy. They don't care and it obvious they knew of the problem because you can see the paint chipping off what they were trying to cover up. Apartment flooded and we were told to just put a towel on the carpet all the moisture started building up then started getting mold everywhere. Kids are loud and disrespectful can't believe the stuff that comes out of their mouths, wonder who they learn that from. All you smell is weed all day, whole apartment smells like weed and we don't smoke. Also have told the office and they don't care. Place is full of section 8 this place has rapidly declined and is trashy. There was a shooting here in the summer didn't care of telling their residents about it. Someone moved out then all of a sudden we started getting bugs, we got our place sprayed hasn't really helped and we never had issues until then. So if you want to live in a dump by all means come here.
If you're looking for a scum hole, you have found it. Very dirty, unless place. Drugs be done in the open and sold. Cops are in and out all the time. Very noisy neighbors with kids running wild all hours of the day and night. Rules are not enforced and it shows.
I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment home right off the highway. It's in a great school district and not far from the downtown area. Not much crime that I know of unless it's white collar crime. It's not an house but I like it.
