Take care of your health and your money

If you want to go live in a good place DO NOT LIVE IN BARRINGTON CLUB! When we rented here we were very happy, the place looked beautiful and calm from the outside but then it was all hell. When you get to know the place they treat you super well, but when we already rented and received the apartment we met Mrs. Rachel Rosas who is the manager, this is a person who is too rude, unkind, and that's how she always treats her . Then when we received the apartment it was not well painted, there were bad doors, the fan seemed like it was going to fall on top of us and then everything got worse, inside the apartment was an accumulation of mold, humidity and cockroaches THIS IS HORRIBLE! They say they do fixes but it's only minor things that don't fix the real problem, while you're breathing mold and with roaches as housemates. I started to get sick because this is not an apartment that is fit to be inhabited, we had to leave there and now they kept our deposit and they also charge us a fine because they say that we left without just cause. Not only do we have photos and videos, we have an airborne mold test and a mold and moisture test. They said they would send a letter to claim or not the deposit and two months after leaving there we received an email from a collection house when we don't even know the reasons for this. For your peace of mind, for your mental health, for your economy and for your health and that of your family, DO NOT COME TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE

The Staff is amazing!!

We have been here 8 moths now. We love it here! They really responded quickly. My apartment is really roomy. The area is safe, and over great place to live. I love that its not a huge place.

Very Pleased

We have been here almost 1 year now. We love it here! Nothing is perfect and if you are looking for perfect, build a brand new home please! Anyway, the few small and minor concerns we have had, have been addressed quickly and professionally. I feel as safe as one can feel anywhere. There is no such thing as perfectly safe, but this place gives the sense of safety. Many police living within the community also which helps. I love the fact that everything is so close to here as I am truly at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and safe place to live.

The Staff is amazing!!

The personnel in all of my experiences have been great. I can call anytime and they immediately take care of my issues. Even more now they hired a new manager and I already see some positive changes. I met her the other day and she was pleasant and very professional The place looks cleaner and I have been receiving more email notifications about what is happening in the area and on the property. I had to call emergency on Saturday night because my air went out. He was at my place 11 am Sunday morning. I thought I would have waited till Monday. They really responded quickly. My apartment is really roomy. The area is safe, and over great place to live. I love that its not a huge place. My only improvement would be that the amenities be more updated.

Looks are deceiving

Looks are deceiving. I lived here and there was a shooting just at the end of my building. I feared for my safety after that. the manager didn't seem to care one bit. We moved out. this place became a dumb after a while.

Barrington club

Great place to raise a familly. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. This is my first year here but im very happy. Feel safe and at home.

The Barrington Club

Just moved in a few weeks ago but we love our new townhome style apartment. Have a very large dog which makes it difficult to find housing but he is welcome here. We are discovering all the aspects that make the place have "character" (extra sized windows, clever use of space for storage, large, light and airy kitchen). The grounds are well maintained and there are lovely little paths for walking your pet with "dog stations" throughout. The pool and fitness center makes you feel you are at a resort. The neighbors and staff are friendly but there is a great deal of privacy as well. Conveniently located to all sorts of shopping, the Sawgrass Expressway and the beaches, a pleasant place to call home, especially for animal lovers.

Don't Expect Your Deposit Back

This is a nice community and the managers and maintenance crew are wonderful. I have to leave this review as neutral. If it wasn't for the manager and maintenance crew being so nice, this place would have gotten a negative review. I mean they can't help what their management does to their renters. Please be aware that no matter of how clean the carpet is or how much you have clean your place before leaving. They will charge you a cleaning fee for the carpet, and the apartment. One is for $85 (apartment cleaning) & another is for $65 (Carpet Cleaning). In all the places I have live in, I always make sure my apartment is spot-less clean (I also have NO pets). I NEVER had a problem getting most of my deposit back (minus carpet cleaning). This place however will get you for your deposit no matter what. Also note that they will also charge you to paint the apartment when you leave at a total of $250 dollars (I was so amazed and dumbfounded that I had to do this review). Also please be aware they will increase your rent by $90-$100 yearly. Now I understand why people were constantly moving out of there, which is sad because the apartments here are nice (that is what pulls you in). I also agree with one of the reviewers about the ant???s issues, as well as the water that keeps leaking underneath the fridge (I found this happen when you use the ice makers). Also note that the renewal lease is for 15 month (to even get the $100 dollar more rates). They also offer a 10 month least for $300 more which is what broke the camel back because of how insulting that was. That is why I decided to move. If you can afford this place, and know you can afford an additional $100 more for the next year lease, than get it, if not, save yourself the cost of moving plus $400 dollar for cleaning and paint. Note: Don't be fool by the door bell (which doesn't work most of the time) and the alarm (which you hardly use and are annoying because the location of the box is in your room with the annoying LED light if you like a dark room).

Good Place!

I rented apparments before and the Barrington is a good little community. Safe, everybody around you kind of know you, I am not worried if I forget to lock my doors etc...Maintenance office people know you, so the kind of watch out if someone looks suspicious. Some noise from the kids outside, that you can never help, pool is great!!! Sometimes management has some get together, bbq etc to socialize. It's really a great place. Love it.

This apartment has spacious bedrooms and closet space. Very huge kitchen, im very satisfied.
