My dog loves stopping by the office for a treat! Whenever we're walking around the community and maintenance guy Daniel is nearby, my dog seems to sense him from a mile away with his excitement to break free and get some pets is undeniable. The community is beautiful and the staff is always welcoming!

The surrounding area is a good location. The apts and property in nice condition and the amenities (pool and gym) all kept clean . And to top it off the employees are all very helpful amd knowledgable.

Frist of all the staff here is really good, The fact that there is hardwood floors on all levels is the worst part about the Baldwin. You can hear every noise your upstairs neighbors make maybe we just got lucky and the loudest people on the planet moved in, but I would not stay on the 1st floor. The amenity's are good, but nothing too special. Trash does pile up on the weekends big time. If you are looking for clean and peaceful you might want to look elsewhere.
I have relocated from NY to Florida and decided to go with the Baldwin. From day one Jaimee has helped and when I arrived Orion also assisted me. Maintenance is very friendly and efficient! The property is also lovely! Glad I chose to live here! Melissa V

I absolutely love the Jaimee and Orian in the leasing office. They are always so kind and happy and made moving here for my mom and myself so easy. The apartment complex is quiet, clean, and new and the pool/amenities are so great!!

The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Management is extremely friendly and readily available to hear concerns. The buildings are well built and provide appropriate noise control. Provided trash pick-up has been a huge help for everyday life. Maintenance requests are promptly executed and provided with follow up.

This is my very first review. I took the time apart to write this because it is well deserved . So the least I can do is to let others know how Awesome the staff at the Baldwin are ! I had the chance yo work with both Cecily and Jaimee. Wow!! They both were super nice, but I mostly worked with Cecily, she went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the Apartment that I want. She was so attentive to my needs,she was patient,caring ,understanding and knowledgeable. My maintenance issues were addressed immediately. The maintenance guy,Edgardo was super nice ,professional and punctual,if you need him,he is there in a flash,I was so shocked because this is not my first apartment lease. I will write an other review in the new future about the Baldwin apartment itself,because since five days moving there,sometimes I almost believed that I was the only person living in my building, for it is sooooo quiet,despite the unfinished and on-going construction workers outside ,it i soooooo Beautiful, I love my apartment: the layouts, the qualities of materials and appliances, the floor plan,the choices of the appliances(Whirlpool) The spaces etc... Thank you to the staff ,for your level of professionalism and most importantly, Thank you for making me feel at home. Thank you to everyone for making my move in so smooth. I look forward to staying here

The Baldwin has been amazing from start to finish. The staff is super accommodating and friendly. I have asked them a million questions and they have helped in every possible way.
