Property Ratings at The Aviator Apartments
I recommend The Aviator to many people regularly. I have committed to live here another year, because I’ve been incredibly impressed with the management team and the community itself. I’ve lived in many apartments before, and this one is by far the best-kept. Lori, the manager, and her husband both live on-site - as do the other management team members. They’re all very kind! I see them every day walking around and working. The communication with the management has been refreshing - they frequently email and respond to any issues we have and do their best to get any issues resolved in a timely manner. They STRICTLY enforce our community rules (especially the ones regarding pet cleanup), and I am thankful for that. They have kept this complex clean and safe for its residents and families with things such as our valet trash (but easily accessible industrial waste container for when needed), routine pest control, air filter changing, responsive maintenance, floodlights in the evenings, etc. • Although it is close to the airport and we do hear the planes departing and arriving, it hasn’t been a nuisance to us. The location may not be ideal for some, but the traffic is hardly ever a problem and it is quiet enough out here that driving a little further into town isn’t a big deal. • We are 10 minutes from the nearest Neighborhood Market, and 15 from downtown Bentonville. We personally felt like those commutes were a good trade-off for the price, location, and smaller community. • The units themselves are not incredibly soundproofed, but because of the size of each building it isn’t bad at all. It’s an apartment, so the carried noise is sometimes unavoidable. • The complex is now filling units in the Phase 2 buildings, but even with the new phase it doesn’t feel overcrowded here. As with any apartment complex there will be pros and cons, but our personal experience here has been great. We are excited to be here for another year.
I live at the aviator and management has been great since Marshall left. They answer emails promptly and always are available after office hours if request. Lori is a very professional person and handles any request with efficiently and the maintenance man is prompt and very professional. They communicate well. Parking is a issue at times but still great place to call home.
What can I say, if you are looking for an apartment for a steal, this is definitely the one. If you are looking for communication from the management then look no further. You can call the office or even email them and expect nothing in return since they won’t reply and in the chance they do trust me when I say they have the “nicest” attitude towards you. The office hours alone are amazing since you won’t ever get a chance to go there or reach them if you hold a job but they are definitely not available on the weekends either. If you are looking for an apartment that comes with a workout session, bingo this is the one. You can look forward to always parking on the opposite side of where you live since there is never parking. You can mention it to the office about how it is a problem but they will probably give you an answer about how they are giving out parking passes and cars that are not registered will be towed. Don’t worry, half the cars are guests and there is no towing (two months later). So you can rest assured that you will get your cardio workout in every day. Are you looking for a swimming pool? You guessed it, this is apartment complex for you. Now, it doesn’t come with a pool however I did witness a building that got flooded some so it comes with enough water that you can splash around, even if your building doesn’t get flooded the dog park definitely does turn into a small lake for about a week at a time. Want a home where you hear everything your neighbors are saying or doing, perfect! This walls are so thin that you’ll hear your neighbors conversation all the time. The complex comes with trash pickup that you pay for every month even if you take your own trash downstairs since you might not want keep ahold of the trash for a whole week, you will still need to pay for it. Like the idea of seeing a price online and then paying a different price, then look no further. Make sure you do your check list when you get your apartment because boy we’re this apartments made quickly and it’s obvious.. if all of this sounds great and seems like it’s a good fit for you and your family, then I still would recommend going down the street for another complex.
