I have had the most wonderful experience since moving into this apartment! There were a couple of issues when I moved in, so I put in a few maintenance requests and they were resolved very quickly. The maintenance supervisor even gave me a call to update me on my work orders. Communication is key! When I rent an apartment, a big part of my decision is how my interaction with the property manager was and Nathaniel was very professional and answered all of my questions. You can tell when someone WANTS to make sure they are helping you versus when someone is helping you just because that's what their job is and I can defiantly say that Nathaniel WANTS to help! The community is very clean and well taken care of and the clubhouse has a very nice vibe to it! One of my favorite features is the smart technology. I am able to control my front door and my thermostat from my phone! Thank you Nathaniel, Hans and Naprei!

If there is one thing I could go back and change in the past, it would my decision of renting at this place. Initially, we had problems with the cleanliness of the apartment, the maintenance did not do a great job at cleaning the apartment before the handover, that was later rectified. But one thing that cannot be corrected in this community is the build quality, the construction quality is very poor. I am having a horrible experience with my upstairs neighbor stomping and making noises even in the middle of the night. I made multiple complaints to the management, all they could do was to tell me they would talk to the upstairs neighbor, but nothing changed. Management asked me to record the noises I get, which is not feasible. So, don't regret after renting at this place like I do.

Where should I start with this community. I have been a resident here for over an year and have been very dis-pleased with the service that has been provided to me. My move in was very intense and very hard because the make ready was not complete even after given them an extra two weeks before I moved in and some of the staff was rude. The most recent concern is that my A/C has gone out and I put in a emergency ticket and could not leave a voicemail because it was "full" and went over to the leasing office this morning 6-15-2022 and was greeted and when presuming to tell the leasing agent what was going on, there was no concern nor urgency for the matter, and as of 2.08pm 6-15-2022 A/C is still not working. If you are stating on an official recording that if an A/C is not working it is an emergency then that should be available and maintenance needs to clear the que of messages so others can leave one. I was going to renew my lease but I am not going to waste my time anymore with this community. I am writing the review to warn new applicants that everything that shines isn't gold. I would not recommend this community for a place to live.

its very very slow internet, no other options we must use the apartment internet fiber its very bad.

Please keep in mind, if an internet maintenance request is submitted to our front office before 3:00 PM, we will go out to your apartment and troubleshoot any and all internet problems the same day the report is submitted. We are the only community to do this. If you notice any internet issues, please notify us as soon as possible and we will send someone out to troubleshoot the situation. Thank you.
I moved in and have had a great experience so far such an amazing, kind staff. They do their best to make sure you feel comfortable. Hallie made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through their doors! Highly recommended and very pet friendly!
