This is the second year of my contract. I was helped by the kind staff from the time I signed the contract. Smooth contract and quick maintenance. Also, most of the residents are friendly, making the apartment a very comfortable place to live. What I like most is the view from the window of this apartment.
the location of this apartment is incredible with very reasonable pricing. the amenities are great and i love the gym and pool. great staff.
I have been a renter for 2 years and feel right at home! Staff are helpful and maintenance is very quick ( once showed up within 10 minutes of putting a request in). The events they have in the clubhouse are great for building community and getting to know neighbors. Love the avenues!
Office staff and grounds staff are awesome there always willing to help and always smiling love the Avenue i love telling everyone where i live and its a awesome place to bring your family and friends
We love it here so much we renewed our lease for another year. By far the best apartments we’ve lived at in Lexington/Nicholasville. The staff are always so kind and helpful, the pool area is beautiful, and the dog park gives my pups a fun place to run around.
The Avenue apartments are located in such a quiet area and it’s always safe there I never feel scared to walk to my car there. The staff is always so nice and keeps us residents in the loop on everything. They are the absolute best place to be!

I feel like with renting you have hits and even more misses, but I can’t say enough great things about living here. You can tell that they truly care about the community and consistently go above and beyond in all that they do. Their staff is phenomenal, especially their maintenance guys! You rarely wait a day for help and if they are nearby on weekends, they call to ask if you need them then, versus waiting. The plan was to live here before buying our next house, but we’re going on year 3. It’s that good!
I’ve lived here for 3 years and am so blessed to call this place home. It has everything you could want from a gym to a pool. I live in a one bedroom with an office and it is perfect for my boyfriend and I. The staff is great and my favorite amenity is the safety gates at the entrance!! The location is perfect, being in between Nicholasville and Lexington and around such a great shopping center just minutes away!

the Avenue is everything I was looking for in a home, recently decided to downsize and sold my house, moved here almost a year ago. I love living here, the staff is so nice and always helpful. Maintenance is excellent, Thanks to Michelle, Elizabeth, Hayley in the office for always being there to help me. And to Mike and Adam our maintenance men. Love my apartment, the pool, gym . Close to everything I need. Nice place to live.
This place is super quiet and pet friendly place to live. We moved here in June 2020 awaiting the completion of the house we are building. The staff have always super nice and helpful. I can't say enough about the maintenance guys, they are super friendly, very prompt at making repairs and keep the place super clean. I highly recommend living here whether it be short term or long term.
This is a great place to live with amazing places to walk/run around!

I really love living here because of how friendly the staff and neighbors are. I also love the location. Very close to all necessary shopping, yet it's also slightly off to itself. Very pet friendly as well!

I have lived here over two years and am very happy about my choice. I always feel safe to be out and about around the complex. The staff is very nice and respond to any requests very quickly. Even with the addition to Nicholasville rd it has remained very quiet.

We absolutely love this apartment complex. We moved from Tampa almost 2 years ago and we will keep renewing our lease here. It’s so convientent to the mall, downtown, Nicholasville, Hamburg And the airport! The landscaping is wonderful. Always beautiful Flowers around. The maintenance crew is also very friendly and super quick! My husband and I use the apartment gym often and it’s got multiple machines, water, tv’s And sanitizer! The pool feels like a resort. There’s a shallow end your chair can go in if you don’t want to get all the way in. Lots of chairs with PILLOWS! Nice cabana type section too if you need some shade. The online requests for anything are very simple to navigate. I have always encountered nothing but professionalism from the ladies in the office as well. They are quick to get your packages for you or if you need to print something they are helpful and offer you coffee and cookies! The Avenue is located in a nice neighborhood. Sometime we go for walks in the quiet area behind here and it takes you down to Veteran’s Park. It’s is a safe walk and area. People all wave and say hello! Pet friendly as well! During the winter they keep the walkways salted and driveway in/out plowed! Love it here!

I finished up my first year lease at The Avenue in March and signed up for another year! The apartments are clean, quiet and spacious. The office staff are always accommodating and welcoming. My neighbors have been very friendly and I feel safe living here. Definitely recommend!

Love the community. People are nice and quiet atmosphere. No worries about safety. Community is so friendly and clean and quiet. Neighbors are great. The amenities are great. Love the gym and pool. People of all ages in community. The management take requests asap. They are so friendly and helpful. Michelle and Paula are awesome in office. The maintenance staff are so wonderful. Friendly and efficient. We locked ourselves out and safety officer helped us out. Can't state enough how quiet and friendly community is.

I have lived at the Avenue for 3 years...I plan to renew my lease again. I don’t have any complaints. They are quick to handle any issue that may arise (light needs changed or batteries replaced in the smoke detector). Very quiet neighborhood. Nice salt water pool with a great gym.

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and will continue resigning my lease for as long as I’m in the state. It’s quiet, clean, and most importantly for me - doggie friendly. My only complaint has been the internet at times BUUUT otherwise, it isn’t enough of a problem to consider this please anything less than 5 stars. I recommend the Avenue to everyone who asks!

I have been a resident at the Avenue for over a year now, and plan on renewing my lease! The Avenue is close to everything, yet has enough distance that it is quiet. Every resident I have met has been so friendly, and the maintenance staff if so efficient and quick to respond! I also love that my monthly rent includes so many of my utilities. The pool and fitness center are a major plus, as well! Very pet friendly and overall just a great place to live!

I moved to the Avenue during the most stressful time of my life and found them so helpful, kind and sympathetic to my needs. I have only had to call maintenance a couple of times and they came quickly, got the issue resolved with no mess and no interruption of privacy. I had never lived in an apt complex and was leery but have found it to be quiet, friendly and a great place to be.

The Avenue is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are beautiful and always groomed. These beautiful apartments set back away from all the hustle and bustle of traffic, very quiet and relaxing as it overlooks beautiful farm land. The apartments are around the corner from Veterans Park which have awesome bike trails and plenty of areas for children to play. Neighbors are quiet and friendly and I can’t say enough about the clean apartments and trash fairies. It’s an all around nice place to live.

Being that I moved to Kentucky from other state and was not able to visit the complex in person, the staff reassured that the Avenue was the best place for me to call home. I am not disappointed! Sold our home and wanted to find an apartment to rent that was both secure and well maintained. Found both at The Avenue Apartments. Being in a gated complex provides the security one is looking for. The apartments are well maintained and if you have a maintenance issue, it is resolved very quickly. More important is the complex managers who are always willing to help and resolve all issues to the benefit of both their tenants and the apartment complex. To some it up, we looked at many other apartments and found the best!

I work in healthcare so my hours are always changing. The Avenue has not only offered a discount for my professional services ( same for fire,ems, hospital, police and military) on base rent but also has a gated community that keeps me feeling safe even at the earliest hours.

Facility is always kept clean. The gym area has proper equipment for any variety of exersizes. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
I have lived at The Avenue for over 2 years now and I have no complaints. You honestly cannot beat the convenience of location and price! Everything I could want/need is within minutes. The property is kept very clean. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Maintenance and the front office is always very responsive. Units are nice and spacious too!
...these are what make The Avenue great. I have never had an issue with a maintenance problem that was not resolved in a very timely manner. The front office staff are so friendly and inviting. I love our pool and on-site workout area. The Brannon Crossing area is in close proximity to everything that's important to me. I couldn't ask for better!

The avenue is an AMAZING place to live! The management staff go above and beyond to make sure that residents are satisfied and everything is OK. Im always greeted with a smile when i walk into the office. The maintenance team do a wonderful job and I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours for anything to be rectified. Management has made sure that the Avenue has a warm atmosphere from scheduling classes at the clubhouse, installing a new grill by the pool, and decorating the (immaculately clean) gym with personal touches that make it a relaxing environment. The pool is a wonderful place to go on summer days. There are some great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I simply love this community and would recommend it to everyone!

The Avenue is amazing! Very pleased with the attentive staff, the kept up and immaculate grounds, and how pet friendly it is. I was very worried that I would hear the people above me, but I hardly do. I have heard some footsteps but no talking or noise. This is a great location due to it being near so many restaurants and stores! I would recommend this to anyone!
