That makes a difference. Life here is calm without being lonely. Neighbors are welcoming yet give you space, and there’s a steady feeling of safety that makes it easy to feel at home. The grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet enough for focus while still keeping you close to all the essentials. What stands out most is the simplicity of living here. my husband and i just moved into the complex in august with our two children, and we love it so far! the area is friendly and my son has already found friends to play with, and we have never met a mean character in the complex. our area itself is quiet and our neighbors are all super friendly and kind! I would reccomend this place to anyone :)

I’ve had a great experience living here. The unit itself is nice, the location is quiet, and it’s a very pet-friendly community. The staff are always helpful in answering questions, and the maintenance team is friendly and reliable, as every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been resolved within just a few days. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and welcoming place to live.
My husband and I have lived here for almost a year, and we LOVE The Avenue. Anytime we have any questions or need a maintenance request (which is not often), the staff is efficient and ready to help! The grounds itself and beautiful and the pool is a luxury in the summer! My husband and I are definitely signing another contract here. We don’t even want to think about leaving our cozy/beautiful place!
The location is great! I live in a one bedroom and it’s super spacious. Pool and gym are nice, and staff is friendly and you get trash picked up out side of your door
The Avenue has been a great spot between Nicholasville and Lexington for us that was the perfect balance of being near everything without being too close to campus. The management team is wonderful here and very clear in communication to their residents.
The Avenue is in a wonderful location and in excellent condition all for a very fair price. The space is well maintained and management is up front about everything they expect from their residents as well as what we can expect from them. They go above and beyond to make their residents feel at home, my wife and I have lived here 3 months now and have loved it so far!

I’ve lived here for five years. The staff is so friendly. The place is always clean. You got anything and everything you want driving distance the staff goes beyond their way to make you feel welcome some mornings even handing out breakfast if you want an amazing place to live this is where you should be!!
This is the second year of my contract. I was helped by the kind staff from the time I signed the contract. Smooth contract and quick maintenance. Also, most of the residents are friendly, making the apartment a very comfortable place to live. What I like most is the view from the window of this apartment.

I have been a renter for 2 years and feel right at home! Staff are helpful and maintenance is very quick ( once showed up within 10 minutes of putting a request in). The events they have in the clubhouse are great for building community and getting to know neighbors. Love the avenues!

We love it here so much we renewed our lease for another year. By far the best apartments we’ve lived at in Lexington/Nicholasville. The staff are always so kind and helpful, the pool area is beautiful, and the dog park gives my pups a fun place to run around.
The Avenue apartments are located in such a quiet area and it’s always safe there I never feel scared to walk to my car there. The staff is always so nice and keeps us residents in the loop on everything. They are the absolute best place to be!

I feel like with renting you have hits and even more misses, but I can’t say enough great things about living here. You can tell that they truly care about the community and consistently go above and beyond in all that they do. Their staff is phenomenal, especially their maintenance guys! You rarely wait a day for help and if they are nearby on weekends, they call to ask if you need them then, versus waiting. The plan was to live here before buying our next house, but we’re going on year 3. It’s that good!
I’ve lived here for 3 years and am so blessed to call this place home. It has everything you could want from a gym to a pool. I live in a one bedroom with an office and it is perfect for my boyfriend and I. The staff is great and my favorite amenity is the safety gates at the entrance!! The location is perfect, being in between Nicholasville and Lexington and around such a great shopping center just minutes away!

the Avenue is everything I was looking for in a home, recently decided to downsize and sold my house, moved here almost a year ago. I love living here, the staff is so nice and always helpful. Maintenance is excellent, Thanks to Michelle, Elizabeth, Hayley in the office for always being there to help me. And to Mike and Adam our maintenance men. Love my apartment, the pool, gym . Close to everything I need. Nice place to live.
This place is super quiet and pet friendly place to live. We moved here in June 2020 awaiting the completion of the house we are building. The staff have always super nice and helpful. I can't say enough about the maintenance guys, they are super friendly, very prompt at making repairs and keep the place super clean. I highly recommend living here whether it be short term or long term.

I really love living here because of how friendly the staff and neighbors are. I also love the location. Very close to all necessary shopping, yet it's also slightly off to itself. Very pet friendly as well!

I have lived here over two years and am very happy about my choice. I always feel safe to be out and about around the complex. The staff is very nice and respond to any requests very quickly. Even with the addition to Nicholasville rd it has remained very quiet.

We absolutely love this apartment complex. We moved from Tampa almost 2 years ago and we will keep renewing our lease here. It’s so convientent to the mall, downtown, Nicholasville, Hamburg And the airport! The landscaping is wonderful. Always beautiful Flowers around. The maintenance crew is also very friendly and super quick! My husband and I use the apartment gym often and it’s got multiple machines, water, tv’s And sanitizer! The pool feels like a resort. There’s a shallow end your chair can go in if you don’t want to get all the way in. Lots of chairs with PILLOWS! Nice cabana type section too if you need some shade. The online requests for anything are very simple to navigate. I have always encountered nothing but professionalism from the ladies in the office as well. They are quick to get your packages for you or if you need to print something they are helpful and offer you coffee and cookies! The Avenue is located in a nice neighborhood. Sometime we go for walks in the quiet area behind here and it takes you down to Veteran’s Park. It’s is a safe walk and area. People all wave and say hello! Pet friendly as well! During the winter they keep the walkways salted and driveway in/out plowed! Love it here!

I finished up my first year lease at The Avenue in March and signed up for another year! The apartments are clean, quiet and spacious. The office staff are always accommodating and welcoming. My neighbors have been very friendly and I feel safe living here. Definitely recommend!

Love the community. People are nice and quiet atmosphere. No worries about safety. Community is so friendly and clean and quiet. Neighbors are great. The amenities are great. Love the gym and pool. People of all ages in community. The management take requests asap. They are so friendly and helpful. Michelle and Paula are awesome in office. The maintenance staff are so wonderful. Friendly and efficient. We locked ourselves out and safety officer helped us out. Can't state enough how quiet and friendly community is.
