Snowed Friday and here we are Monday with no snow removed on sidewalks or drive they are lazy cheap and don’t care. But continue to raise the rent and take things away. Very unprofessional management
management is really rude and unprofessional when it comes to trying to get things done it takes weeks maybe months for Maintence to fix anything the property has roaches and they haven’t done anything about it the property is really dirty it’s self it was a mistake moving here I can’t reach out to corporate because management will not help with anything they never answer there phone and when they do they don’t do anything I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here these could be real nice townhomes but they don’t do anything to keep them nice.
Current resident, I’ve been here since May 2021 and this place is awful! Management is terrible and their communication is horrible. When I moved in I had to get my locks changed because the key they gave didn’t work and they didn’t change my back door locks, I’ve been here almost 2 months and still requesting my back door locks to be changed, I cannot even get through that door. My front door doesn’t have a screen, most of these units don’t. Birds in my vents singing EVERY DAY for hours, which I’ve put in many work orders with no feedback or changes! I also hear things crawling in my ceiling(doesn’t sound like it could be birds!) It’s been really hot out lately and this is the 3RD time my air has went out! My house is really hot 85 degrees sometimes higher! Some of my outlets do not work as well! My 2nd bathroom tub faucet and shower needed to be replaced, they only replaced the faucet. My kitchen light works when it wants too! I’ve called and put in multiple work orders and nothing has been done!! I’ve reached out to corporate as well and no ones returns my calls! Property is DIRTY. I totally regret moving here, if I could explain my reasons to you it would take awhile….! just know that management gave me a key when I wasn’t approved, and everything was a total mess from the beginning, but I had to be out of my previous place bc of my 30 day notice which couldn’t be extended! I was almost homeless messing with Chapel Ridge! They also have roaches in some units and I’m not surprised! I make sure to keep up with pest control on my own because these ppl don’t care!! Currently trying to get out of this mess and move! Only been here since May 2021!
