Property Ratings at The Augusta Apartments
IRT living takes advantage of the big corporate front and takes away decisions from front-facing staff, who are actually trying to do their jobs, but have red tape around what they can/cannot do, IRT only cares about their bottom line, their lease is designed to be a win-win for them and a lose-lose for any of their tenants from the moment you sign that lease, they are unreachable unless they need money or want something from you. Their amenities may look nice, but I had a friend with flooding issues, and the other tenants nightmares on the reviews here would say that beyond the regular repairs, they would not do much. My wall cracked since a rainy weekend and till I moved out they did not do anything about it, can only imagine the structural damage the future residents will have to deal with. They would keep you in a bind though, their lease is pro IRT and would never favor tenants. I am seeking legal claims with them due to a complicated move out situation where they leased out my unit before I was ready to move out.. Truth be told, organizations like these are the reasons why homelessness increases. I have nowhere to live from now till June and am at the mercy of friends and family now. And they are still making me pay my rent. Would never recommend them, try to find a local landlord or a landlord with less apartments, they will probably care more instead of just trying to increase their bottom line at the expense of tenant's sanity and wellbeing. If you want to have that peace of mind, rent elsewhere.

Really cool community! I like to have lunch on the clubroom balcony sometimes. There are numerous water features which make the community feel peaceful. There is also a dog park and dog spa which is very convenient. I also love how they report your rental payments to the credit bureaus , helping your credit score. What a game changer!

I love it here. It’s close enough to everything there is to do in the Quail Springs area that I feel connected to the city, but far enough away from it all that I don’t get all the noise. The on-site staff is great, very professional and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough!

These apartments have been renovated and look stunning inside. The outside of the property is just as nice with a waterfall, babbling vrook, and dog park. I cannot express how happy I was to stumble on this little hidden gem of a complex. The staff that work there Celeste and Na'Votanei are so sweet and genuinely seem to care (plus they're really funny.)

Before I moved to OKC in 2017, I made a list in two categories that would meet my preference. The first was an area that was safe, near the interstate (for quick commutes), and with the essential needs such as hospitals, dentists, parks, and various grocery stores. The next was the search for an apartment that was clean and well kept, quiet, and more importantly---a staff with great vibe. I found that place at the Augusta Apartment Homes on 122th St. Tricia Conlon and her staff are wonderful! They greet you with a wonderful smile which just makes your day. They answer all of your questions with professionalism and with resolve. Raul, from maintenance keeps the apartment repaired and with that great personality. Tricia and staff hold many ‘fun day’ and holiday events. Really enjoy all! I have lived here for 5 years and always look forward to come home each day! Thank you Tricia and staff!
