Wonderful atmosphere the staff was incredible very professional. Teegan was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made things so easy made you feel right at home. The property is maintained beautifully. The pool area looks incredible and looks like it would be a great place for the summer for my kids. I love the fact that it’s a gated community. Everybody was so polite and respectful and it’s just a wonderful feeling to have in a community. Teegan also told me about the social gathering that they put together for the community. I cannot wait to move there in the future once my other lease is up. I highly recommend this property and will refer it out to all of my friends that are looking for a wonderful place to live. Teegan, thank you so much for your hospitality. I look forward to seeing you in the near future.

If you are looking to live in a community that is managed by a group of condescending, uncaring, money hungry individuals then this is the place for you. If you enjoy being talked down to by people who think they are way better than you. then you are in the right place. If you want to move out of your apartment at the end of your lease, leave it clean with normal wear and tear and still end up owing the property for a bunch of over priced "damages" and crazy fees. then Atlantic BridgeMill is the place that you have been dreaming of. Every person I know that has moved out has been charged crazy fees like $500 cleaning fee even if you leave it clean. If they see one speck of dust it's an automatic cleaning fee of $500. The maintenance staff said you may as well not even clean it because if they have to wipe a door knob or see any little thing at all it's an automatic $500 fee. The manager is a real piece of work. He refuses to give rental history out until you pay his exorbitant fees in full. Think about how that one will end up messing you up when you do try to move. He is condescending and disrespectful and acts like he manages the White House not a less than average apartment community in Canton, GA.

I'm also disheartened to hear that you feel our management team did not care about your concerns. We value our residents and their experience while living here. We also do our best to take everything into consideration when completing a move-out inspection. Resident satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and that includes move-out experience as well. We value your feedback as a former resident and wish you the best.
I have lived here for 2 years and the new management has made some major changes. Neighbors are quiet and my apartment works for me. The new management seems nice and them manager is helpful. I had a large package that needed to be delivered when I wasn't going to be home and they helped me out by having it delivered and then dropping it off at my apartment.

I was excited to see the new game room but I heard it closes when the office closes? 5 o'clock on a Saturday?? But the gym and laundry mat is open 24 hours?? they want u to be miserable lol

We are also so excited to be able to offer the brand new game room to our valued residents. For security reasons, the game room does close when the leasing office closes. Please call the office so we can speak to you personally and help to further improve your living experience.
The complex is super quiet and my neighbors are friendly. All of my neighbors are friendly and I rarely hear them unless I'm walking to my car. They need to do a better job of keeping the siding on the sides of the buildings clean but other than I'm having a good experience. I have only been here for two months so I know that this could all change. But so far so good!
