      Not good.

      We had our a/c go out on the weekend and we called. It was the upstairs a/c where all the bedrooms are. They refused to fix it until after the weekend said we could sleep downstairs where there was no space or beds. Also when we moved out shortly after that we gave a verbal notice. The person in the office said ok I will note that . Then after we moved they put over $4000 on our credit for not giving written notice. The office girl didn't ask for that. Now they charge 50 + dollars interest every month and our credit is trashed because we can't pay it. Beware. They will screw you any way they can! Plus it had bed bugs when we moved in and we had to have it treated. Gross!

      I love the place! The unit that I have is a 1 Bed, 1 Bath. It is very spacious, theres a patio where you can just leave your sliding door with a screen open to have fresh air come in, also so far I notice I dont hear much sound from neighbors so Im guessing the units are almost or it really is sound proof. Best part for me is there are lots of trees and green grass where my unit is located.

      The grounds are very clean and neat! Always! The blinds that I have are really horrible! They installed a complete new set, but my thing, they just break off when I close them. Now Im charged $7 /Slat that falls off?

      Recently Moved out -- Charged Crazy Fee!

      We lived in a townhouse for 18 months (charged for 20) and had a few issues along the way. We picked this property due to the fact it was a "gated" community, but the gate was NEVER fixed in the 18 months we lived there and added no additional security. The A/C broke more than once and the apartment flooded from the upstairs to the downstairs. Even had an issue with snakes! While I can say the maintenance crew did work on these issues, my BIGGEST complaint came when moving out. I gave the proper 60 day notice as required once the Snake event occurred and the gate was still broken. We paid over $3000 in the time that they knew we no longer lived in the apartment. This included gas, trash, and water that we did not use. Plus charged me a fee for having the electric switched to the new location I moved to and an Electric fee when no one lived there the final 60 days! I knew that we would have to pay a re-letting fee for breaking the lease early, but when it came down to that part, they subtracted my deposit and then filled up bogus fees until it was right at $1000. THEY told me that we had 30 days to pay that balance starting from Oct. 8th. and then we received a letting from a collection agency on Oct. 16th! We were not given the 30 days -- they sent it immediately over to collections! This is very unprofessional and unacceptable to do to a loyal resident that had already paid the additional days and was doing everything to follow the proper early exit which was caused by issues on the property to begin with. Very Unhappy and will not recommend them to anyone ever again.

The gate panel was struck by lightning and caused severe damage that did take some time to repair, however, we are happy to let you know the gate is back up and running smoothly.       The location of these apartments are awesome. It is situated between two churches and is in an extremely quiet area. It is close to any type of shopping your heart desires and not far from two walking trails. It has the country feel with city living a couple of miles away. It is one of the safest places I have ever lived and it never runs out of neighbor hospitality.
