Would not recommend if you want something quiet, especially if you want a unit that faces piedmont or east paces ferry rd. Sreet noise is really loud late at night and i got unlucky living below somene that likes to party + stomp around at night. I talked to another lady that says she lives near an influencer and can hear them filming all the time. You are stuck in your lease because the penalty to break is ridiculous. I asked about noise before moving it and was told everyting is fine. Now you've been warned by a resident.
Overall the ashley gables is a wonderful community to live in. it is quiet and they are timely with in home repairs. they could use a little work on ensuring community repairs are timely
Love living in this building for its great location in Buckhead and its many beautiful amenities. It's full of great neighbours and is generally very quiet. The staff has unfortunately turned over many times since we've been here (almost 2 years).
We love living here. The apartment is great and all the stuff is very friendly. Only leaving 4 stars because the free coffee machine has been broken a lot lately and has now been gone for over a week
I’ve been living here since July. It’s been such a pleasant experience. You can’t say enough about the amenities as there is more than enough to keep you occupied, between the 2 story library, the movie theater and the pool room I find my spending more time at home and saving a lot of money. The spaces allow you to have friends over and enjoy indoors.
We have lived at The Ashley for a little over a year. We love living here. The Common Spaces are great and very well kept. Maintence requests are always answered promptly. The New Gates are great for safety if they are not broken.
I’ve been here 2 days and I already am absolutely in love with being here. The amenities are amazing but the property manager is so sweet. I definitely feel safe living here and I’m excited to make use of everything and explore my surrounding. I’m an avid roller skater and their parking garage is PERFECT for skating. It’s literally a skaters dream lol I haven’t skated on it yet but I’m excited to. The pool and gym are really my favorite places aside from my actual apartment.
Experience at The Ashley Gables Buckhead has been good. The concierge, maintenance and management are professional and responsive with any inquiries or concerns.
So far living at Ashley Gables, I have no complaints. I love the convenience of the apartment complex when it comes to be centrally located by stores and also the amenities. It's much closer for me to get to work living here and I love the view from my apartment at night.
Like living here, great amenities and great living space. Sometimes on weekends it can get a-little loud but all together a quiet, nice, safe place to stay.
Great community with a ton of amenities and a surrounding area that will assure you no long commutes for your everyday necessities. 10/10 experience

I've been living at the Ashley Gables for about 3 years and have been extremely happy with my experience. The rooms are very spacious, and amenities are top tier. Everyone from maintenance to the concierge is very welcoming and ensures a welcoming environment. The location is excellent, with walkable access to some of the best restaurants and shopping experiences in Atlanta. Would definitely recommend this complex to others.
There were a few bumps in the road as far as getting into the apartment. My keys were misplaced upon arrival as well as my parking registration so I had to get my roommate to come home, let me in, and then register my car as her guest. Other than that and somewhat slower communication between leasing agents, the complex has been great! The unit is great, haven’t had any issues other than a tricky patio door lock.
I really love living here it’s very clean and it feel secure. I love that there’s 24/7 staff it makes me feel safer. I don’t hear much noise which is a huge plus.
Experience has been good so far, maintenance and service is quick to address issues. Amenities are up to date, would recommend this community.

This complex gives you the best value to price in Buckhead. Anyone who’s visited my home tells me how gorgeous it is. I enjoy coming home. 1 star off because of staff. Would love to see more organization and general customer service. Concierge has misplaced my items, leasing has lost my rent, the battery in my door died and I was locked out, I was told by maintenance to call a locksmith, etc. If staff could get it together this property would truly be impressive.
I have lived here about a month now and I cannot say better things about this apartment! The amenities are top notch, the views and location is perfect, ands everyone is accommodating.
Good place to live and definitely plan on renewing again here soon. Do not really have any complaints and feel like anyone would like to live here.
Overall I love the Ashley Gables Buckhead. Of course with any apartment there are a few minor issues: the parking gate is constantly broken (an issue as we pay $50 a month for parking), one of the elevators is often down, they left the oasis area completely a mess for almost a month, and the hallways could use an upgrade (get rid of the carpet and replace with wood). Otherwise the apartment is very well done and day to day major issues are few and far between

I moved here a little while ago and this place is amazing! The staff is nice! The place is Clean! The amenities are bomb! I’m never leaving lol.
So far it’s been great, the safe is always very helpful and the Amenities are normally very well kept. It gets a little noisy on the weekend but nothing to seriously complain about.
This quiet, safe luxury apartment has been a great place to live. I have never felt unsafe or had anything but wonderful interactions with staff and other residents. The appliances and finishes in the apartment are top notch. You are paying a pretty penny for it, but it lives up to expectations. All common areas, parking garages, and amenities are clean and well maintained. Receiving packages can be challenging, as it is in any large apartment complex. It is honestly more of an issue with the delivery agencies leaving packages outside of lockers or not at the concierge desk. Not sure there is anything different The Ashley could do about it. It is conveniently located next to Piedmont Road and Buckhead Village, which offers so much to do.
Ashley Gables Buckhead is a beautiful apartment complex with great views of the Atlanta skyline. The only issues with the apartment has been elevators going down and mail going missing, overall smaller issues.
Great and safe place to live, beautiful apartment, quiet for the most part. There are three elevators at the building but one of them is consistently down. But there is always at least one elevator working. All in all, this is a great place to live.
The service received from concierge staff, office staff & maintenance has been great during my time here, the new manager keeps residents up to date with status of issues regularly which is a plus.
Lengthy process, but very assertive staff. Awesome communication. Beautiful property. Clean. Great amenities as well as the location. Great schools. Perfect location for shoppers and fine diners. 10/10. I am honored to become a resident of The Ashley Gables
I love this community SO much BUT… I don’t get how something so expensive can have so many breakdowns. From the elevators to the gates, to trash chutes - there seems to always be something breaking down. And I wish we had more community events. It’s a shame to have all these beautiful amenities that we don’t come together around. My neighbors are pretty annoying but that’s not really a community problem, I guess.
I enjoy living here. Definitely a nice place to live. Maintenance is great, employees are genuine and if you have any problems they usually will get fixed right away. I could say they could work on securing parking garage more, there are a lot of times the gate is broken or not working and open. Also the elevators can be a problem some days. They have been going out a lot lately and will only be one in use. But in a whole, great place to live.
Overall enjoy living here and the look and feel of apt. The people are nice. The parking garage is always broken. Elevators can be slow. Trash valet never comes so we just take it ourself.
Location is great. Close to nice restaurants and grocery shops. Full of amenities and also provide some monthly activities for the residents. Im enjoying living here.

The amenities are great with beauty of views. The concierge staff is extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is located in a perfect area to walk to many different stores and restaurants.

The Ashley has been my home for over 2 years now. The amenities are fantastic. Especially the movie room. location is great. I just renewed my lease for another 15 months and look forward to staying here.
Moving here has easily become an excellent decision! I truly enjoy living here. I appreciate the pleasant staff is and how quiet and clean the community is kept.
So far the Ashley Gables is everything I hoped it would be— Safe, clean, usable amenities, a well built apartment, and quiet. We have been very happy here so far.
Design style is nice but builder used flat paint which is cheap and stains easily. Some staff members are nice while others are not so much.
Love that I live by everything I need. The Amenities are great and useful . Staff are incredibly nice and helpful as well. My favorite part of this building has to be the movie room.
Great location and a lovely building!! Friendly staff and I love how clean everything is kept. The amenities are cool also , I love the game room and movie theater. Also the library and Starbucks cappuccino is top tier.
I love living here due to the phenomenal amenities, the location is phenomenal as well. Having a concierge 24/7 also add an additional safety measure which I really appreciate.

I’ve now lived at two separate Gables apartments in Atlanta and they have consistently been the best places to live all around. The individual units are top notch, amenities and community areas are nice, maintenance is always prompt and staff is friendly and helpful, never had safety issues either. I’d recommend any Gables location to others after having rented from several different property groups in Atlanta; Gables is by far the best and well priced for everything it offers!
Love everything about living here, just parking sometimes is a bit frustrating. I love having a morning coffee before heading out from the book room!!
