Living at Ascent at Farmington Hills This place is phenomenal. This is the best place I've lived in a while. The management really takes care of their tenants may it be maintenance or administrative issues. I would have continued living here but I am moving to another state for personal reasons. The place is quiet and if there are negative issues, these are handled really quick. Thank you to everyone who makes this place a great place to live.

Closet door fell off. The door was taken and worked on and it was hung up when I got home. The exterior of the door was smudged w black scrapes on the top and bottoms.

Replacement Stove Missing oven light bulb and the inner ring of the left large burner doesn't seem to work BUT I can work around that all. Overall I am very content an impressed with the stove and staff. Thank you all.

I scheduled a tour here and loved everything about the complex. Devon took the time to show me around the entire community, I saw the dog park, the gazebo, the fitness center, the pool, and other units as well. Devon was polite and conversational, she made sure to answer all the questions that I had pertaining to the unit itself, and even gave me essential information that I did not even know I needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a fresh rental start!

Unwilling to help I have submitted multiple requests to have my apartment assessed for mold after the water heater burst. I’ve emailed the management team and have yet to hear back from anyone.

Still Love It Here! From 2017 to the present, I have had no regrets for living here. The unit is perfectly suited for my needs. The staff is attentive and very pleasant to interact with. I have zero complaints.
Fast Service Our Hot Water Heater Pilot went out and maintenance responded about 30 minutes from when i placed the call. Great Service!

Maintenance The maintenance ticket was solved really quick, Dave was super helpful and nice, he explained everything he did and solved the issue

Ptosha helped us through the moving process with great communication. The few issues identified during the walk through have been addressed right away. After a week living in our new apartment, we have nothing but good things to say about Ascent and their management.

Great Stay The best part about this complex is its location. It’s conveniently close to everything you need. Our apartment was nice. The people were nice. Rent a little on the higher side but it is expected since our apartment was 2 bed, 2 bath. We recently bought a home and so that is the only reason why we moved. Lot of little bugs from the greenery in the area. Geese were always around as well if you are into that type of thing. All in all, we enjoyed our time and it was cozy but it was time to move forward. Thanks so much!
Prompt Efficient Thank you Maintenance for work done by two of your young men. Last week kitchen leak cabinet temporary repair and furnace repair today, no heat. Both were prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing.
Landscape Staff Love the attention to detail by the new landscape staff. I noticed the driver of the lawnmower actually looking at where he's mowing and going back if he missed a spot as opposed to the joy riding by yhe former crew.
This is a non smoking community but SO MUCH POT SMOKE. Management has been “taking care of the issue” for approximately 8 months?? They do not care about their residents.

Resigned for a second year here. Love the full washer and dryer, neighbors are very nice, neighborhood itself isn't too loud. We had one instance last year where we need maintenance assistance, there was a leak from the upstairs AC unit. Took about a week for maintience to get to our apartment but resolved the problem quickly once it was our turn and have had no problems since. Close proximity to M-5 makes for easy travel, Walgreens, Kroger, Home Depot, Petsmart and Target all less than a mile away. I can see why many tenants are quick to resign their leases.
I just moved into my new place I love it and would love free rent for a year or life. :)
