The building is new with very nice finishings and excellent apartment layouts. The apartment features are well thought out and make great use of smart technology. The location is great for Wake Forest grad students. It has wonderful amenities (great gym, pool, parking etc) and a nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

My two teenagers and I very much enjoy the Artreaux community. The apartment unit is modern and clean. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The exercise room has everything you could want in a gym, my 15 year old goes often. My 16 year old loves to study in the clubhouse.

Office staff is great and super helpful. They made the move in process very easy and stress-free. Nicole the property manager is an absolute Rockstar. Great amenities and the apartments are gorgeous.
Great building, modern and luxurious apartments. Amenities are great, including the gym which is excellent. Easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants in downtown Winston.
The Artreaux is a beautiful new community in the Winston area. I fell in love with the colorful aesthetic of the property as well as the modern chic feel of the units inside. The Artreaux team made my move the easiest process ever and were extremely helpful with my out of state move.
