The Petaluma Artisan is a wonderful and restful place to call home, with beautiful landscaping and apartments. It is dog friendly, with many friendly neighbors! My favorite thing is the swishy sound of the trees

We selected the Artisan after looking at many apartment complexes in the area. We were impressed with the maintenance of the complex and the apartment layout, amenities, and location. Our initial tour with Alexandr was very positive and helpful. So far, we are happy we chose to live here.

Feeling very grateful and excited for this new home at the Artisan. I love my apartment and the setup of the whole complex. I do wish the space had been cleaned in more detail and that appliances had been checked better before I moved in but I am happy to be starting out in Petaluma here! Love the space and the heating and the gas oven and the open kitchen layout!

Tha Artisan community is just where I should be. Moving from large home to an apartment has been an adjustment, but it it didn’t take long to feel at home. My unit is more like a little cottage than an apartment. Great ambiance, neighbors and especially the staff in charge of keeping the Artisan immaculate, running smoothly and so friendly. They really care about you.

Always recommend this building to everyone that we know who is looking. It can be a bit pricey compared to other options but we have seen the difference… and let me tell you that the price difference is more than justified!! Management is always helpful, maintenance is super on top of things, amenities are nice, and of course the comfortable and well-designed living spaces. It is also situated in a safe community with a 24/7 Safeway… we are never fearful when walking around (day or night). The only reason to want to leave is if you’re looking for a larger space for multi-family living or to own your own property… otherwise, this is a great forever home.

I moved to the community from a large home. I Had not lived in an apartment for over 50 years. I was instantly comfortable in my apartment. Open floor plan and everything that I wanted to bring over from my home fit perfectly. My grandchildren were not sure if they were ok with my move…once settled in they decided it was like being at a mini grandma’s house and gave it High Approval…Everyone is happy!

The Artisan is a great place to live.The team is very reachable and very friendly with any concerns or problems a resident might have. The apartments are beautiful, safe and the buildings and grounds beautiful and well maintained. The pool and spa are a pleasure to enjoy. Thank you!

I’ve never experienced such a friendly and responsive management staff. I work from home, and need my unit to be my sanctuary. They do their best to create a community where we all get what we need from our home. I never want to leave!

The Artisan is a wonderful community managed by a team that absolutely cares about us. They treat us as friends and family, and maintenance is quick to resolve even the smallest of issues. 10/10 highly recommended!

We love living in this amazing community. Apartment and all appliances are brand new with absolutely no complaints on our end. Everything about this place is great starting from beautiful interior, exterior, salt water pool and a dog washing station and ending with sweet holiday letters from management. Steven showed us around and made a move in process extremely easy. If you are looking for a quiet place full of kind and respectful people The Artisan apartments are meant for you

We were looking for an apartment in a short amount of time, worried about all the rules and regulations. We stumbled upon the artisan and were instantly hooked. Great floor plans, updated appliances, and reasonably priced for all the amenities. The staff made it extremely easy to sign up and apply and the tour was nice. We are glad we made the decision to live here.

The Artisan is a great place to live. It is beautiful, well maintained, safe, quiet, and comfortable living. All of the staff are wonderful, helpful, and available. People are friendly. Nice to have the amenities, like the pool and exercise equipment available.
