The Arrow Townhomes & Flats is a new student community with luxury flats & townhome apartments in Bozeman, MT. We offer resort-style amenities for the students of Montana State University and are located near the MSU campus. We offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and 4 and 5 bedroom townhomes. Every bedroom comes with a private bathroom. Amenities include a 24-hour clubhouse with a fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room, and resort-style pool with spas. My room was trashed when I moved in and the management is absurdly horrible. They moved someone into my apartment with NO NOTICE. I've had constant issues. Before I signed my lease they would bother me three or four times a day and now I can literally never get a hold of them (It takes about ten phone calls just to get through the AI). My mail gets lots and takes weeks, and staff is rude and disrespectful. My apartment was trashed when I moved in and absolutely disgusting. Overall, DEFINITLEY NOT worth the price I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The apartments themselves are tragic. Upon moving in everything was dirty and gross with pet hair everywhere and chipped paint and dirt everywhere. The furniture that your forced to have is such low quality I dont understand why they're making us pay for it. The utilities are consistently out of order. If you're going to the gym you're lucky if there are 2 treadmills working, the pool and hottub are always closed and when they do open they close again after a few days. Random fees are tacked onto everything and good luck getting in contact with the office. I was being charged twice for furniture for months, I called and asked them to fix it multiple times and even then it took months to get rid of.

The Arrow does a pretty decent job at keeping all amenities in good shape. Not everything is open all of the time, but this is usually due to safety reasons as far as I know. Does a great job at resident outreach and puts on multiple events which make you make you feel like you're getting the most out of your lease as possible. Does a great job at communicating with residents to try and resolve issues as fast and as painlessly as possible.

All but one staff member are grossly incompetent and shockingly lazy. They never put mail away so it takes forever to get packages you are sent. Letters take forever too, I’ve been waiting on two cheques sent over a month ago. Instead of actually looking for packages they’ll say it didn’t get delivered even when you’re given a delivery receipt. The guy pretended to look in the back and came back saying it wasn’t delivered then the competent guy found it in 5 seconds when I came back later (it was a huge box). The apartments look nice but are poorly constructed and everything breaks. They claim to “clean” the apartments which prevents early move in but they don’t clean anything they just throw paint around. When my water heater flooded my room it took them forever to come out, they were shockingly untrained, the maintenance person knew less than I did on fixing things. They continued to let it flood my apartment for the entire weekend, didn’t care about my health, and were quite rude during the entire situation. Their maintenance staff don’t even properly fix things. The printers in the clubhouse don’t work either. But the worst part is how useless, incompetent, and shockingly lazy the management/front desk staff are.

Nickled and dimed. Hot tub is broken half the time. Apartment is shoddy construction then they wanna charge you for it. Maintenance manager is lazy and can't be bothered. The grounds arw dirty all the time. Garbage everywhere and they don't pay anyone to pick it up and the maitance manager won't do it.
The Arrow is a terrible place to live. They nickel and dime you down to your last penny. They don’t take rent payments on site. It is all online and unless you put in your bank account info you are charged a ridiculous charge on top of your rent. The apartments look nice at first glance but they are a filthy dump. The management, if you can even get one to talk to you by phone or in pursing, are extremely rude and unhelpful. The one and ONLY thing good is the proximity to campus. The stress they put college students through is unbelievable. They should be ashamed. I would highly recommend NOT renting/living there.

Want a management company that can’t be bothered to answer their office phone half the time? Want hidden fees and fines including some that you aren’t notified of? Want to have your lease “misplaced”? This is the place! From being yelled at by staff, to being overcharged for rent this place takes the cake as the worst apartment complex in Bozeman. On top of that, gym and pool facilities are not regularly cleaned or serviced, rent has increased by on average $50 a month for the past several years, and the apartments are so cheaply built you can clearly hear conversations in the adjacent room/ apartment. And ladies and gentlemen, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Needless to say, do not live here.
Sorry to say this has been a nightmare. Do not get involved in a lease takeover. It costs money up front and then you never know if you will get the lease take over you arranged and if the original tenant backs out you loose your money and the Arrows does nothing to help you. They won't help you find a new lease to take over. It was a high cost proposition for 10 weeks, which at last minute turned into 8 weeks when we truly only need a 4 week lease, but we're still willing to take over for the whole 10 week period. But when the tenant kept changing the date the weeks we needed actually became unavailable at the last minute. The management did nothing to help our 18 year old with options , instead he has no were to live for 4 weeks and was only given a few days notice that they weren't sending him the lease ..... this makes it pretty difficult to keep your job. They refuse to refund the funds paid and want to keep all of the money. Do not get swept up in the buildings cool look or the gym or pool. Go find somewhere that's not a huge corporation and only cares a about the dollar, there are plenty of other reasonable landlords. Awful way to treat young adults trying to sort out their futures. Update, they just sent us a bill called a move out statement and charged a $30 late fee. They never even sent us a contract and we never moved in. It's strange they would send a move out statement and charge us for it. Awful

I wouldn't recommend living here! For one, you're locked into your lease unless you find a subleaser. If you opt in for a covered parking at $30 a month which is just a tin roof over your vehicle, you're also locked into that for year unless you can find a replacement. It's nice to have a furnished place, but the furniture and appliances are all cheaply made. They offer free food and events, but they're poorly planned and executed, only accommodating to a small portion of the residents. The grounds are filthy, there's no recycling option, and it can be extremely loud and noisy with all the college kids. Rules aren't enforced, so amenities like the pool get shut down. Lastly, management is poor. I highly don't recommend living here, it's a money pit.

Do not live here. Seriously, don't do it. The Arrow does not care about the safety of their tenants. If you end up with an unauthorized tenant, good luck getting management to do anything. They do not care if the cops have to be called. They do not care about how many complaints they get, they will do nothing for your safety. They will block your number at the front desk because you annoyed them with your concerns. They have no customer service at this company. The complex has only been open for a couple of years and has had several managers already. Also, any good reviews you see have been paid for or are written by the people who work for them. They will also delete any negative reviews they find. I hate that I am stuck here until I can find housing elsewhere.

The Arrow only cares about your money. They are terrible and only care about scrounging as much money from broke college kids as possible. The internet service they offer, which is a very important aspect of living so close to campus, is absolutely horrible. There are internet outages several times an hour and the internet service provider doesn’t do anything to help. If you live there longer than one year they will find a way to increase prices wherever they can. Literally can’t say anything good about this godawful place.

The complex is run at the minimum standard. The amenities that they sell you on are broken constantly. The people in the complex have no respect for other people's belongings. Glass can constantly be found smashed in the streets. Hoards of drunk college kids will wander through the roads all weekend. Trash is scattered all around the property at any given time. The noise from parties, traffic and animals never stops. Traffic will speed down the road with litte regard to the residents around. Also the Management is impossible to get ahold of. If you are lucky enough to reach them, they will belittle you as if you are the problem. However there is a bathroom for every bedroom. So I guess it's not all bad.
