The staff at The Archer was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. Carmen had the best energy and Shayla was amazing as well as very knowledgeable of the property. I decided last minute to sign my lease and change my move in date and they made it happen. Cassandra made sure everything was perfect so all I had to do was pick up my keys in the morning. I am so so so pleased with my home the grounds everything you can tell they take pride in this community and making sure it’s done right.

excellent and convenient located new apartment complex with great amenities, pool, and grounds. very good management, maintenance. grounds are well kept as is all of the property and bldgs. no problems or crime, well secured entry gates and CCTV on entry. highly recommend.

This community is great. I feel safe when in my home or out in the community. Everyone is very friendly. I take my golden to the dog park daily and she loves it. The only thing that I would say is build a child’s playground. I think that would just increase this communities value of being better. The amount of children I see, it would be a great way for them to get outside more. Also when designing the parking lots and layout of building, we need more parking. Since the beginning of June 2021 we have had issues with parking. It’s a battle after 7pm.

Renter Beware! I will be moving out early. The apartment is new so it looks nice but the quality is poor. At move-in we had bowed floors, leaking plumbing, and unpainted trim. I was missing charges one month and notified the office who was clueless and then they double charged me the next month. I was willing to let that go but more and more problems keep showing up. They have added fees for delivered packages 5$ per day (not in the lease when we signed) and the leasing office will send packages back to the sender if the lockers are full (out of all the apartments I have stayed at that is a first). It's a real problem if you travel at all. They did not design for enough parking so parking a long way from your apartment is required if you get home after 5 or have to make a grocery run after work. Cant wait to get out of here.

So my initial thoughts upon moving in was that this place was great! The leasing agents were all super friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything and I honestly would just walk up to the office just to hang out. Now… not so much. The leasing office never answers the phone when I need something & there’s no point in leaving a voicemail because they don’t get back to you. I learned a little while after moving in that I never received a refund for an application my mom sent in to go on my lease but the application got lost somewhere in the system??? Also, I’m not sure if this is an issue all of the apartments have but the patio doors are… fickle. They open on their own sometimes if the door isn’t locked as I’ve found out when waking up at 3am & finding my dogs running around outside. It wouldn’t be an issue if the ground level apartments had a rail or guard or something. But getting the bad out of the way. The area is nice & quiet. There’s a lot of development going on nearby. It’s right off of the highway so commutes are slightly easier however there’s almost always traffic. All in all it’s what you make it but don’t count it to always be sunshine & rainbows.

The leasing office is a joke. The most inconsistent experience I've ever had in my life and I HIGHLY do not recommend this place. First they advertise a price during a viewing and when you apply online the same unit is 600 dollars above the advertised price with no explanation. If you want your leasing office to pick up the phone this isn't the place either. If they decide to pick up you are only rushed off the line and given generic answers. Here's an idea LOOK UP THE INFORMATION AND DO YOUR JOB. It took TEN days to get an approval for my application. I'm serious TEN DAYS to get an actual explanation and approval. Just to be informed that the apartment I requested was given away and they will have something for me in two months. This business ran my credit TWICE without my permission and blamed it on a "computer glitch". What a waste of time. They completely screwed me over because of their incompetance and now I have to wait 45 DAYS for my full refund BY MAIL because of their error. This company is TERRIBLE!! I recommend training your entire staff because they are LITERALLY the worst. I'm glad I don't have to deal with this staff for a full lease because these two weeks have been enough

This is my first apartment and I needed something simple and easy to navigate. The Archer has it all, from the staff, to the location, to the apartments themselves. Everything works together so well and I have been extremely pleased in the first month there.

We love our apartment!! It’s spacious, super open so it feels even bigger, and there’s so much natural light. There’s so much storage so if you’re a slight hoarder like me then this place is perfect for you. And to the people who say the staff isn’t professional, i don’t know about you but I’d rather the staff of the place I’m living be less “professional” and be more like friends, so they’re perfect too. Move here, you won’t regret it.

These apartments are brand new and dog friendly! We have been living here for 2 1/2 months. To our expectations the staff go above and beyond to answer all questions and make you feel at home! Ask for Paige, Annie, or Ryan who have been so helpful and the social director, Casey, who throws some awesome events if you are looking to have a great time! As far as the apartments well what can we say, we love everything about them and it is so quiet! If you want things to do definitely visit downtown Acworth which is 3 minutes away or take your dog for a walk at Logan Farm Park! My husband and me love it here and highly recommend the Archer as your new home!
