The rolling, green hills of Maumelle, Arkansas are lined with elegant homes perched on manicured lawns, many with great views of the mountains. Property Ratings at The Arbours Apartment Homes
We have lived here for several years and the buildings have serious plumbing issues. Sewer water has flooded the apartment at least 8 times in the less than 5 years we have been living in our unit. The property is always gross, dumpsters are left with broken furniture and trash all over. Maintenance issues are not usually resolved in a timely manner and communication is poor. My neighbors are lovely people, but this place is a headache in itself. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else. P.S Our property management has changed 4 times and our rent has nearly doubled.
