Moved in nice and easy. The management team very helpful and nice. My leasing agent Eddie helped me get in nice and smooth great stand up guy to work with!!!! Very quiet secure and friendly!!!!!

It's a good place to live but the hallways on the floors and the main hall are very dirty, really dirty. It's disgusting because the main entrance lobby is only cleaned once a week, the rest is always dirty. And there are drivers who run through the cars in the parking lot as if it were a track for extreme maneuvers, this is really dangerous.

Big NO to this Apartment. They won’t take the service order seriously.

I've lived in these apartments for quite a long time and love seeing the transition. Karen & Tai in the management office were very helpful with making sure my wall repair went as smooth as possible and completed quickly. Tyrell the painter did such a beautiful job that you can't even tell there was ever a problem. I am truly happy with all that the new ownership & management company has brought to Woods Edge!

Well managed and maintained, phenomenal location literally in the middle of anything and everything that you will need. There's tons of open parking, and an amazing view from the balcony. Having just moved to Wood’s Edge apartments, I toured a ton of places, but I the decision was easy due to all the positive interactions I had with the tenants, the staff and the overall quality of my apartment. Special Shout out to Eddie, I appreciate the top notch service you provided, going above and beyond to get me situated with such a great place!! Happy Tenant!

Eddie was a great tourist. Explained all the end and outs of this place and made us feel comfortable. The place is great and looks great . Also a great environment to call home

I love my apartment! It is spacious and clean! Everything was ready for me to move in! When I have called to put in a work order Josie, Karen and Tai have immediately had it taken care of! The Management staff has been nothing INCREDITABLE!

My family had the most wonderful experience! The grounds are clean and well taken care of! Josie was one of the sweetest people I have ever spoke to and answered all my questions!

Tried getting a hold of leasing several times but there was no answer. Tried management and spoke with Ty. She was very helpful and knew all about the property. Got to tour the property with her very spacious apartments! Can't wait to sign my lease!

When I first arrived to the property I was a little concerned because the building is older, but once I toured with Eddie (who is amazing by the way) the apartments were spacious and mapped out very nicely. From the hard wood floors to the brick aesthetic to how convenient the location is, was perfect for me. Eddie was very easy to work with and refreshing. Thank You Eddie!

Woods Edge gave me a great experience. From the location to the renovations was everything I needed. Eddie provided an amazing service and I highly recommend. The hardwood floors are all the way throughout the apartment!

I met with Eddie and let me tell you VERY CONCISE and clear on the process. The new renovations are nice. I’m so use to white walls I was surprised to see the grey. It complimented the kitchen very well. Call Woods Edge

My tour was with Eddie and I can say it was the best experience I've had with a leasing agent in a long time. He was funny made my wife and I comfortable and also was very clear about the process. The hardwood floors throughout the whole apartment was a big plus for me. Being pet friendly and having balconies are great too. Highly recommend if you want to work with someone who truly cares, ask for Eddie!

I met with Nani and she was super friendly and patient ( I rescheduling my viewing) We definitely need more people like her, who don’t make the moving process so difficult that you want to give up. The bedrooms are a good size and the storage/closet space is unmatched! I’m still looking around but Woods edge is surely in the top 3

I love this cute apartment. The price of rent includes most utilities. Nani and Eddie/Eddy? Really helped me throughout the process. The property manager was nice enough to explain everything to me over the phone one day when I had to move closer to home due to a family situation. Now I can visit my mom, be near my sister jic. This location is close to Philly also which is good for commuting/travel. There's some minor things of course, but overall it's been fairly straightforward. People know each other and it seems tight knit. I hope it continues to be a place I can call home for the foreseeable future.

The process and timeframe of obtaining the apartment was smooth and no simple. Every thing was completed on my second visit and obtain the keys. Thank you to Edward King for making the process so easy.

The move in process was fast and professional! I spoke to a gentleman name Eddie and he took care of me. The hard wood floors and Brick design on the inside are easy to appreciate. I would recommend if you want to get into some where fast and professional just call early and ask for Eddie

I just want to say that the staff here is AMAZING Me and my husband told Nani a few things that we would like for our apartment and she made sure she checked all of our boxes. We love the location of our unit! She is a pleasure to speak to and was patient with us and our requests Omar was kind enough to get us a dolley to help move our things and assured us that he was there if we ever needed him!

I walked in after work not really expecting the office to be open but gave it a try anyway and was greeted by Nani She took me to the BEAUTIFULLY designed model apartment. After the tour i ahd the pleaure of meeting Ty the assistant manager and chatted about the complex and their plans for the upcoming years Great people Nice renovated apartments

Just recently went on a tour the experience was great. I got to give it to the gentleman Bert who is head maintenance, He was extremely knowledgeable of the property and very nice. He had no problem answering all of my many questions and was very kind. Thank you the property looked great.

I've been here 4 years and couldn't be happier with the new management! It's clean, quiet and well managed. The folks that work here are the best! I really appreciate them.

ok just moved in could not be any happier about my decision and not quite sure why the recent negativity unless I lucked out and got them on a good day! Doubtful, but maybe! Tai, Nani, Karen, and Jose thank you for the help with making my move way easier than expected! Hopefully you guys move in some nicer neighbors!

I’ve been living here for 5 years and the management before asden was so much better once you move in you cannot get ahold on management for any problem and they continuously misplace your money order or checks for rent and electric unless you pay online. Once moved here management office VERY RUDE and hang up on you if you’re upset and you can’t even go to their offices to talk to them. Almost never any parking because there aren’t lines down and roach and pest infested EVERYWHERE and don’t do a very good job of keeping it together. Constantly raise rent but very little proactive changes for tenant convenience washers and dryers break down everyday.

The apartments actually look like what’s shown on their website and the balconies are a nice size to decorate and sit outside. I came in on my lunch break and was assisted by Nani. she was able to answer all of my questions in the short amount of time I had and was more than pleasant.

i wasnt able to do an in person tour but nani was very flexible and arranged a virtual tour for me. i loved the apartments. the lay out was nice and created a lot of extra space. the neighborhood seemed pretty quiet and well kept together as well. Nani was able to answer and assist with any questions i had with a welcoming attitude.

I took a tour here and not only are the apartments spacious with a beautiful lay out but the staff is great. I’m from out of town and Nani was available to give me a tour and was very knowledgeable and kind.

I would like to take some time to let the owners at woods edge know that the changes that have been made are definitely noticed! Although Iam not a tenant I frequently visit my brother who lives there and I have to say thank you. Now every time I come by it smells nice and clean, staff are being seen maintaining cleanliness. My brother says things have been a lot better because Bert the maintenance supervisor gets things done and he can always rely on him if he needs help with anything. So thank you Woodsedge and thank you Bert for making this place a better place for my brother it means so much!!

Building filled with roach infestation . Carpet in hallways omits odor which may be related to mold build up .

These apartments make me sick!! Roaches everywhere, water shuts off every other day for “emergency repairs” POTHOLES EVERYWHERE!! Trees fall on cars and they aren’t responsible for any damages. Washers and dryers do NOT work. Buildings smell like trash all the time and elevators never work! Management never come repair anything when REQUESTED and have nasty attitudes. (The also have the nerve to RAISE RENT!!) So, do NOT waste your time and money NOT WORTH IT. Looking forward to moving!

Nani was very understanding and knowledgeable when I called about leasing an apartment. She answered the phone with an amazing attitude and you can tell that she loves her job!

Took a tour here last week and the staff was great! Nonnie was patient with me and was able to schedule me for a showing quickly. Karen was able to answer all my questions!

i love it at Woods Edge. The place is beautiful and apartments are spacious. Every place has ups and downs and management is doing the best that they can Karen and Nonnie are wonderful!

Horrible place to live. I can guarantee you management writes all of the positive reviews. Roaches everywhere, cheap construction, water is shut off at least once a week, management never answers. I can’t wait to move.

After touring and seeing how spacious and beautiful the apartments are (THEY HAVE GAS STOVES) and how much Tailing and Karen in the management office know about the property and its surroundings has made my new home search come to an end!

I have been looking for apartments everywhere and stumbled upon Woods Edge which has its share of mixed reviews but after touring and seeing how spacious and beautiful the apartments are and how friendly and knowledgeable Tailing and Karen (management) were about the property has made my search come to an end.

This complex has it's issues the improvements are coming along slowly. However, I can say the maintenance team has been one of the greatest reasons to live at this property. They are all hard working but especially Bert! He has fixed so many issues in my apartment from leaks, temperature control issues, appliances breaking. He goes above and beyond to try to correct every problem in this building and that is difficult being that there are so many tenants. He also works in a very timely manner and you can always count that he will fix an issue within 24 hours of request. On another note I will say one of the biggest issues here is roaches and mice. For brand new units the pest problem should be under control. This is one issue I just can't ignore for another year...

Woods Edge is such a lovely community. I am very impressed with the compassion and effort Karen brings forth along with the quick response time of the maintenance staff. Immaculate work and best of all, they clean up after themselves. Thank you so much for making this community as lovely as it is.

Packages always stolen, ridiculous cockroach infestations, they shut the water off daily, washer/dryer setup is disgusting, car tires were stolen. I could go ON if it weren’t for the character limit

The new Maintenance Team is great! Omar and Burt did a great job in my unit fixing the heater. They both, not only did the maintenance work but also clean up the mess after the work. Omar also does the follow-up every time they fix something in the unit.

Very clean excellent location. Kind and friendly staff spoke to a Troy and Bert. Very nice and comfortable property.

Had an emergency leak in my bathroom Omar an Henry did an amazing job fixing my bathroom. They really communicated with me an went above an beyond. Also worked late to make sure I was able to shower.

Boyfriend moved here in June 2020 and has been making maintenance complaints every month complaining of roaches, mice, and mildew smells. Management doesn’t respond to calls, maintenance is low staffed so they pretend to complete work that isn’t completed. When they do finally have pest control come they give you no notice and you have to keep harassing them to bring extermination every week, if not they will not show up. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Building B, C, and D are DISGUSTING, but they try to keep building A clean and updated as much as possible so that when people come in the leasing office they think it’s a nice place to live but it isn’t. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Great Maintenance Team! Omar and Troy did a great job in my unit fixing things that needed to be fixed getting everything done in a fast sufficient manner.

Troy and Mike gave me a new refrigerator the SAME DAY I put in my work order. Very grateful for them and the maintenance staff!

Omar and Tay are great! Very professional and patient. I never have a problem getting any repairs!

We submitted a request for multiple things to get fixed throughout the apartment. Troy and Mike were efficient, polite, respectful that I was working from home, and quickly fixed the issues we had. I'd consider them to be a great asset to Woods Edge. We appreciate their quick response and efficiency.
