The dirtiest place I have ever lived. Elevators always broke, Mold infested, paper thin walls, Very rude prop mgr's - revolving door,big package theft issue, golf balls hitting cars randomly, bed bugs, mouse poop in laundry room, Does not plow well in winter, like to go in unit for random annual inspections, screens missing in laundry room-window open allowing critters,bias against pets and literally make you pay through the nose, the will evict if they decide they do not like your pet(Check lease). They do an average system with utilities which is down played, again you will PAY. SO much more so little room.

The move in process was very easy. The leasing agents in the office are very quick to respond and are always helpful. It feels like they actually want you to enjoy your apartment and the community. Maintenance has been nice, quick, and informative.

I've probably said this a thousand times but this is hands down, the best maintenance team I've ever dealt with as a renter. They're so on top of things and the leasing office staff is amazing as well. The property is always well maintained, clean, and peaceful. Love to call this place home. ??

I live in one of the arbors buildings. Our building as well as other buildings, have elevators that have been down for quite some time. For example, ours has been down for almost a year. Management tells us they have no plans for fixing it, nor even know if it will be fixed. We have contacted them numerous amounts of times. We have elderly who live on the third floor and can only get down using the tacky stairs.

I had a couple of cosmetic issues that needed to be fixed that were non urgent and Vince and Jerry on the maintenance team are phenomenal is getting work completed in a very timely manner. They communicate always and set the expectations of the job if it may take longer or what happened to make something break or not work Their service and commitment to the residents here is why I continue to renew my lease. Keep up the great work Vince and Jerry you are truly appreciated!!

I'm very happy with what I'm receiving in exchange for the rent amount. Maintenance is very timely. I'm very happy my cat is welcomed here. I wish smoking was still allowed in the apartments.

Nice location. Not too fancy but well kept with an excellent maintenance staff. Some questionable tenants, but I guess every place has those. Management can be a bit hit or miss on responding to some issues. Good option for the Glen Ellyn area.

The management is very attentive and caring. They are professional yet friendly. I feel like I am not just another renter to them, but someone they know and listen to. Great place for the price. Maintenance and property management is always very friendly when they see you. I personally had no maintenance requests needed during my 20 months here. Even towards the end of my lease they were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great experience!

I have lived here over 3 years. Ana in the office is absolutely amazing and knows you by name. She is so personal and happy all the time. Maintenance is done within 24 hours of reporting for the most part. And I’ve never had any issues with neighbors. I will continue to resign my lease until I buy something! okay if you are going to spend your time inside. Bugs and poor insulation make for noise from upstairs .
I love the arbors. The staff cares about you. If there are any issues they work to fix them and in a timely fashion. I have no problems with there i love because when I do the staff solves it very efficiently.

Everything here is straightforward. When i arrive home I feel like I'm living in an old vacation home I was frequented. The atmoshpere is warm and welcoming at all times.
I'm so happy to reside here with me family peaceful and quiet, Anna and the maintenance guys are excellent.
I feel the longer you stay the worse it gets. I moved here in 2016 and I loved it and over the years it's been going down hill since.
I have always found the maintenance staff to be friendly and professional.
