The Arbor’s helps you be your best self. Friendly, accommodating staff is responsive and efficient. Miles of nearby trails are as close as your front door. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. We are close to downtown activities and yet not so close events don’t interfere with home life. I am very happy here.

My Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called for a emergency service and maintenance tech was over in 10 minutes. This was also after 5pm when they we're off. troubleshooted my air conditioner and found it needed to be replaced. They had a extra one on-site, So, he left to go grab it. From my emergency call to having a new up and running unit was no more than 1 hour. My Family and dog are super grateful! Speedy and great service!

The Arbors is great complex .the residence over all are nice .the staff are thoughtful , treat me with respect .Go out of the way to make me happy. Last Thanksgivings my oven door broke! Like 1-2days before thanksgiving..they needed to order a new one. They could have just said "We have to order one ,It will take 1-2weeks sorry!" But They knew I would be lost without an oven ...So they went out of their way to provide one.. So I could have an oven for Thanksgivings dinner!.. they get things fixed. Right away .I'm really impressed.!

I haven't lived in an apartment complex for over 20 years and was a little hesitate. However, after touring The Arbors and meeting the staff I was sold. I have lived at The Arbors for more than 11 years and have considered this my home. The location, greenery, amenities, and the excellent staff make this community the perfect place for me and my husband. We have noticed that there are a number of longtime residents too. We have seen kids grow up here and many residents grow old here. We also had friends who lived here and have moved on to other places, and they have fond memories of this community. When we first moved into The Arbors in 2009, we were told that the previous occupant lived in our unit for more than 10 years. The neighbor beside our unit also lived in his unit for about the same number of years. We wondered how people can live in an apartment for that long period of time. Fast forward to the present, we cannot imagine living anywhere else in Livermore. The Arbors' location between the award-winning Downtown Shopping District and the wineries, and its very close proximity to the Civic Center and the Labs make it the best affordable place to live in Livermore for us. What I love most about The Arbors are the spacious courtyards with trees, flowers, and plants. There are also amenities, which include a small gym, pool, basketball court, playground, and tennis court. We have membership at Lifestyle Rx, but having these amenities in the complex are a welcome treat. The property and our unit are also well maintained. I rate this facility high in terms of safety, functionality, and cleanliness. The office and maintenance staff have also been very professional, helpful, and committed to delivering an exceptional community experience for residents. The appreciation events from time to time are also a great treat. During this pandemic, we enjoyed a COVID compliant little bag of halloween candies and a sip and paint virtual event (complete with a bottle of wine and all the materials needed). Overall, The Arbors offer great value for its residents. I can definitely imagine living here for the next 10 years.
