Clean site, great common areas and really nice staff!
I love this community. It is diverse, friendly and quiet. The managers have given me some latitude to make this apartment homey and welcoming. I have no plans to move ever again.
The Arbors is very clean, and I feel safe here. Everyone I've come into contact with, both residents and staff, has been very friendly.
The apartment is lovely. Just know that it does not come with a micrwave oven
We love living at The Arbors and had been here for more than 15 years. The property is well maintained and staff members are courteous and professional. The recent upgrades to the amenities are such a treat too.
The apartment units are spacious and appliances are modern. The amenities are newly renovated and it's well taking care of.

Great place to live. Plenty of parking, nice neighbors, friendly maintenance and office staff, the occasional community events are fun.
The Arbor’s helps you be your best self. Friendly, accommodating staff is responsive and efficient. Miles of nearby trails are as close as your front door. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. We are close to downtown activities and yet not so close events don’t interfere with home life. I am very happy here.
My Air conditioner went out over the weekend. I called for a emergency service and maintenance tech was over in 10 minutes. This was also after 5pm when they we're off. troubleshooted my air conditioner and found it needed to be replaced. They had a extra one on-site, So, he left to go grab it. From my emergency call to having a new up and running unit was no more than 1 hour. My Family and dog are super grateful! Speedy and great service!
I moved in about 6 mo. ago and am very happy with the complex. Everybody is friendly and the area is quiet and feels safe. Looking forward to the pool area opening soon!!!

Quiet community, previously was more community focused with events and positive communication, parking is a problem, units are upgraded but by ill experienced labor, lack of electrical in kitchen, Can’t control porch light, water, trash, sewer is expensive.

The Arbors is great complex .the residence over all are nice .the staff are thoughtful , treat me with respect .Go out of the way to make me happy. Last Thanksgivings my oven door broke! Like 1-2days before thanksgiving..they needed to order a new one. They could have just said "We have to order one ,It will take 1-2weeks sorry!" But They knew I would be lost without an oven ...So they went out of their way to provide one.. So I could have an oven for Thanksgivings dinner!.. they get things fixed. Right away .I'm really impressed.!

Quiet space within walking distance of downtown Livermore, Community managers, leasing office and maintenance are fast and reliable at any requests, and they're a phone call away if anything goes wrong.

I haven't lived in an apartment complex for over 20 years and was a little hesitate. However, after touring The Arbors and meeting the staff I was sold. Their helpfulness in getting my application submitted and approved was amazing. They gave me the service and attention that you normally get from the staff of a 5 star hotel. My son and I are really happy we moved here.

I have lived at The Arbors for more than 11 years and have considered this my home. The location, greenery, amenities, and the excellent staff make this community the perfect place for me and my husband. We have noticed that there are a number of longtime residents too. Me and my family live ar The Arbors for four years. Great community, great management.
Nothing short of brilliant. From our first call through securing our lease these professionals have you covered. They are responsive, caring, invested and kind. I honestly can't say enough. I am a dad who is helping his girls find their first home away from home. These two have done everything possible to make this as easy and swift as could be. I cannot wait for my girls to live here.
When we first moved into The Arbors in 2009, we were told that the previous occupant lived in our unit for more than 10 years. The neighbor beside our unit also lived in his unit for about the same number of years. We wondered how people can live in an apartment for that long period of time. Fast forward to the present, we cannot imagine living anywhere else in Livermore. The Arbors' location between the award-winning Downtown Shopping District and the wineries, and its very close proximity to the Civic Center and the Labs make it the best affordable place to live in Livermore for us. What I love most about The Arbors are the spacious courtyards with trees, flowers, and plants. There are also amenities, which include a small gym, pool, basketball court, playground, and tennis court. We have membership at Lifestyle Rx, but having these amenities in the complex are a welcome treat. The property and our unit are also well maintained. I rate this facility high in terms of safety, functionality, and cleanliness. The office and maintenance staff have also been very professional, helpful, and committed to delivering an exceptional community experience for residents. The appreciation events from time to time are also a great treat. During this pandemic, we enjoyed a COVID compliant little bag of halloween candies and a sip and paint virtual event (complete with a bottle of wine and all the materials needed). Overall, The Arbors offer great value for its residents. I can definitely imagine living here for the next 10 years.
Very quiet property. Courteous staff. Some ratchet people but only in one building. Overall a good deal for the price if you can get in.
