I absolutely love our home! I just wish there was better communication and honesty. Our backyard was awful when we moved in and was told it would be done before hand. There was fox tails which can hurt our dogs.

This is a beautiful community with nice amenities. However I do believe that the staff should work harder to keep their tenants happy by completing maintenance requests in a timely fashion.

It bounces between a three and a three and one half.This is the time of year my water bill seems to get outrageous and sprinklers will be broken all over and water shooting sky high. So not looking forward to this time of year here.
I enjoy living in the Arbor's community. I love the atmosphere and peacefulness. I've been able to enjoy all the seasons here and can say the Arbors are beautiful all year round. Communication with staff is pretty great when you take in consideration how many homes they manage. My family and I really enjoy all the amenities as well. I always recommend our community when I have a friend looking for a new place to call home.

I love the community. It definitely feels more like a neighborhood than an actual apartment community. I love how spacious my unit is and the fact that I have a decent size backyard for my children. The office staff can definitely use a lesson in customer service/satisfaction, but other than that, this is the perfect place to call home.

The Arbors at Antelope is a beautiful community. I love the individual home feel of the units. The size of the units and the facts that they have backyards especially since I have children. They have all the amenities that I am looking for. I would recommend these units to anyone but I would let them know that they need to have a lot of patience because the leasing team is slow to respond and getting things done unless u are constantly checking in on them.

There is still the issue of trash and trash cans constantly being left out by residents. But other than that our car was recently broken into and part of the issue is that the street lights don't work in our area. I know that we are in the back of the community but I would feel safer if we had some more security back there.

This is the first time I've felt the management of a community actually takes care of us residents. From the events they have to just improving the community with repair of all the street lights. It's nice to see the area reinvested into to make our living experience better.

There is a communication problem and it is hard to get ahold of management regarding certain things during the move in process. They take a long time to respond but the staff is pleasent otherwise.

Despite some issues with our move in process, we absolutely love to live at the Arbors. The neighborhood is clean, green, and quiet. The leasing team quickly reacts to the maintenance inquiries. The community is safe and family friendly. I like that it is gated and protected by security guards. Our kids love spending time at the pool and playground.

There is always trash or recycling cans out on the street and it makes things look a little trashy around the community. But other than that things are OK just wish that people wouldn't park on the street behind where our car is parked in the carport.

Very friendly staff in lease office. Love the amenities. Been here a week and loving it. Love all the tree lined streets. Love having a backyard that is fenced in.
Look at the online reviews prior to moving here. They are all true from the mold to the roach infestations, property management team and community in general. If you have another option, I would go with that one. My lease lasted 5 days but do not get stuck here. I was lucky enough to get out because of a satisfactory clause they have.
New resident just moved in. Worked with Deborah she was wonderful with the move in process and so helpful. Community looks nice. Can’t wait to use the gym looks great. And the place looks nice lots of windows to look out.
We are a big family and feel very welcomed. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The property was clean and the home is perfect for what we were looking for.

The Arbors staff is top notch, all of them are friendly, respectful, and efficient. Our move-in essence really smooth and we really love our new residents. It feels like home.

There were bugs when we moved in. I asked management to spray and they did in a timely manner. The bugs got worse when the neighbors moved out so management had to spray more often. Now there are no bugs.
It's pretty chill.just don't like all the vehicles parked so close to my driveway on both sides.doesn't give me much space to get out of my own driveway.maintenance peeps come most the time same or next day. n office workers are pretty nice n helpful

The Arbors at the Antelope is a great place for living. I like it is located in a quiet, peaceful place, with good neighbors, has a well-kept area with a swimming pool and a place for pets. Various entertainment events are held on the territory of the community. I would also like to note the high quality of work throughout the office.

So far I love it here. My family finally has room to stretch their legs and do laundry and wash dishes without having to leave the unit or do it by hand.

I’m enjoying my new home here at the Arbors. The process was fast and easy and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. I was given a number of different options when it came to picking the right unit for my family and I. We are very happy here.
It is a good place to live although there are some elements due to the age of the building that exist. Management and maintenance are very good.
The process was fast and speedy! Leasing agents were on point with excellent customer service skills.
