Property Ratings at The Apartments at Lux 96
Overpriced, lack of parking, and mediocre layouts. Further on move out they hit you additional fees to pass on their business costs to you for extra cleaning even if your apartment is in good order - I love being charged for their cost to swap an account back into their name and a $75 floor cleaning charge before they've even walked my apartment to assess any damage. It's just in there in the lease. Bend over and take it. You can get more space in and a better community for significantly less money and with a less shady rental company - do not overpay for their bougie garbage here.

If you are looking for your next apartment don’t go look anywhere else. Lux 96 is the place to call home. It has great views, amenities and by far amazing staff. They answer all your questions no matter how silly you might think your question is (me asking where are the dumpsters) Christina is awesome to work with! She is very nice, energetic, and is always there to help. Overall great experience!
I just recently relocated from Texas to Nebraska and was able to quickly find a temporary home until I settle in a house. Thankfully Christina in the office was able to help us. Always going above and beyond we greatly appreciate her. We need more people like her with strong work ethic. Might have to sign another year cause we love the environment and hospitality. If you are waiting for a house to be built or need a nice place to live lux96 is it. This is coming from someone that used to live in Houston Tx hope this helps someone!

My husband and I were looking to upgrade from our old out-dated apartment for a while. We couldn't decide on a place that we wanted to call home. After speaking to different places, we decided to come look at Lux 96. We've always loved the trails and frequently go to Walnut Creek for the trails. We are very glad that we decided to set up a tour to take a look at their 2 bedroom apartments. The second we stepped foot into the office, we were greeted with a friendly, smiling face. Christina has been the most helpful throughout the moving process. We were able to tour an apartment and have an application turned in on the same day. We love how spacious the apartment is. Even on the first floor, they have 9 foot ceilings. The appliances are all updated. The bathroom is my favorite. We have a double vanity, so no fighting my husband for counter space. The counter tops are gorgeous. It always feels like I am staying at a really nice hotel whenever I am in there. It's definitely worth coming to see it for yourself. I've lived on a busy road for so long and now I have some peace and quiet.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any apartment company, let alone customer service company in my life. I am so disappointed and have been treated so poorly. My husband and I got locked out of our apartment after hours. Full disclosure, it was our fault. We left our keys in our car in our garage and left the garage by using the garage door as it was closing. So could not get back in. This was an accident that any human could make, and our first time at that. Because we rent (and lets be real, these apartments are NOT cheap), we expect to have the help and support in times exactly like this. I called the front office, which was obviously closed, but was able to get an emergency number. When I called this, they told me there was nothing they could do. I further explained that we also had our daughter who is not even 2 with us, and are stranded because we can’t access our car. They then said our only option was to cal a locksmith and pay to have them come out. At this point I am very upset. I ask if I can speak with someone else, so they transferred me. The “supervisor” reported the same thing. He stated that they also could not verify that we were the people that lived here so they couldn’t help us. He also said that because this was our fault and not a malfunction of the lock, there was nothing they were willing to do. I got upset and said “what do you mean you can’t verify that we live here, there are lots of ways to verify that we live here, and what is a locksmith going to do that’s different?” And this man has the audacity to hang up on me. He flat out just hung up the phone. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never recommend a place that has such little compassion for the very people they are serving, and will be moving out the very second my lease is up. This company is heartless and does not care about you, they just want your money.
I moved into Lux 96 last July after looking all over the city for just the right place. As soon as I saw the apartments I knew this was it. The finishes are beautiful, my one bedroom den is as large as many homes & I loved the layout. The attached garages are also a plus! It was the nicest I saw for the square footage and price. I was worried about hearing my neighbors and this is another reason I searched for so long. As soon as I saw the complex I put my home up for sale. It sold faster than expected & Sylvia was right there helping me get into my apartment & took care of things. I rarely hear any noise & that is fantastic!! If you are considering downsizing to a maintenance free lifestyle, this is the place!!!
I moved into the first completed building, and it’s been a great experience to watch the complex grow. Beyond adding more buildings, they’ve added beautiful holiday lights, new artwork and more plans for a courtyard area. It's hard not to appreciate all that Lux has done to make us feel more at home. The tenants I’ve seen are always friendly, and it’s a very welcoming atmosphere. The designs are modern/stunning, the staff is great, the gym has everything you need and the complex itself is right next to the Papio Trails – which is perfect for biking or running. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to live, I would highly recommend Lux!
My husband and I moved in on Halloween to the 1 bed with den. The finishes, colors, and space of this apartment doesn’t make it feel like an apartment at all! Very spacious and HUGE bathroom with double vanities makes for a happy marriage! The staff at Lux96 are very proactive and get things done quickly. The maintenance team is awesome and always courteous. I love that we have a washer and dryer in unit, and great granite counters in the kitchen and bath. This is a great place for any type of family; single or with children. I am so happy here and love all that Lux96 has to offer.
Spacious, well maintained, current modern trends in high end finishes, great management! Lux 96 stands out from the other choices. Close to the interstate, easy to get to the airport and shopping. Quiet area, well maintained. Happy to live here.
Initially, I was less than impressed - lots of hiccups during move-in, as the apartments were rushed to the finish (as with most new construction). Most of the issues were fixed, but some remain. I won't go into detail, but those would be the cons. The pros - great location, and Sylvia, Morgan, and Darion are super nice (and my dog is obsessed with Darion!). I like the increased staff hours and walks are always plowed in a timely manner. Artwork was hung in the halls this week, making it feel more decorated and finished. Once the courtyard is finished, recycling and trash chutes are available, and all remaining issues specific to my apartment are fixed -- it will be perfect for me and my pup.
Been here for a couple of months. The leasing staff (Sylvia & Morgan) are always professional, friendly and willing to take care of any concerns. The apartments are in an awesome location and make any commute easy all over town. Obviously being new, the color schemes are perfect and modern. The apartments are very clean and the maintenance crew keeps the place looking that way regularly. You will be amazed!
Real granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets, LED lighting throughout, wifi pre installed, fullsize washer and dryer included, double vanity bathrooms, attached garages, fitness center, heated resort style pool with grills, and many more amenities!! Awesome staff with a beautiful clubhouse that is rentable!!
