Property Ratings at The Apartments at Lititz Springs
Apartments are small and cheaply made for what you pay for. Management is also cheap and has one maintenance worker for two 100 unit buildings so don’t expect service requests to be fulfilled quickly. Zero amenities except for a “community room” that was turned into an extension of the property managers office. Not worth it in my opinion.
This property is lovely. Central to downtown Lititz, there is plenty to walk to and enjoy. The apartments are specious, full of light, and safe. It is a nice new building with washer/ dryer in every unit. The units also have great storage space with walk in closets. Very happy I moved in!
