Undisclosed Move Out Fees & Poor Property Management

The Anson was nice upon arrival. The community has significantly gone downhill. Packages are often stolen off front doors or out of the mailroom, the grounds are not managed or cleaned and are often littered. The dog stations are often overflowing and residents are not held accountable for cleaning up after their pets. There is a hole in the dog park fence, and several residents have submitted work orders with no resolution, causing the dog park to be too risky to utilize. The lease agreement does not specify that the tenant is required to pay for professional cleaning services upon move out. This is sent as an addendum to the lease when you submit a notice to vacate. There is no transparency or good faith efforts by the property management company to act with honesty or integrity during the leasing process. For the level of service, amenities, quality of apartments and location, this community is overpriced. I would not recommend the Anson.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT PEACE!!

I am currently staying at this place.I am very glad that I am going to leave in 5 months. Cannot wait for my lease to get over. I am frustrated everyday with the property managers. They do not respond to our queries. Mailbox is definitely not secure. I have lost 3000$ worth items in the mailbox got lost and no one was responsible for that. Property managers who act all sweet in the beginning are very rude when you need them. They charge fee for everything. They have a mandatory trash butler fee!! Even if you don't want it.

Amazing Staff!!

I was looking at The Anson to move into because I’m relocating due to work. I called to chat about fees and costs that may not be on rent and the leasing manager was so upfront and kind about all of my questions! The next day I was in the area and wanted to tour, they took me as a walk in and showed the floor plan I was looking at and I fell in love! I raced home to finish my application and it got approved within a matter of minutes. Amazing amazing office staff!

Love it Here!

I have a beautiful 3 bed 3 bath. Tubs are massive the layout is beautiful it’s clean always on ground the maintenance comes quick even on the smallest things. The leasing office is kind as well. They throw events for the residents n the pool is gorgeous

A must move to apartment community

The anson is great. It is the only apartment that we signed a second lease. The pool area is great plus all the holiday get togethers they throw. Maintenance is great and quick to solve problems. The leasing and management is wonderful, friendly and always ready to help. Definitely not leaving until we purchase a house. If you have a dog the Anson is a must see. We love it.

Cleanest luxury community with serene views

The things thats stands out to me for my 2bed apartment in Anson is the valet trash at no additional cost, lease flexibility and clean common areas. The leasing office has great amenities, awesome coffee and fantastic staff (love em). They have real cool options for short term (~6 months) rentals as well

Freaking Amazing Home

Alright Frankie, best complex I’ve ever lived in. Apartments are nice, new, people are great. Everything’s clean, the staff are super polite and helpful and always have tons of cool stuff going on. Great gym and pool. 8.6/10 - That’s a review.

Extremely nice

We are transitioning from Atlanta. I really like it here. Home away from home. Only 1 complaint . The people above me whoever it is are very heavy footed & run. Sounds like they are coming through the floor. We just might have to change apartments. Outside of that I’m love it here.
