If you decide to move into this apartment complex, don’t expect to get your security deposit back no matter how well you clean. You might as well kiss that security deposit money goodbye once you sign the lease agreement. It’s located right beside the fire station. Fire truck sirens and whistles are a daily occurrence during the day and in the middle of the night. If you live on the top floor, enjoy carrying your laundry up n down flights of steps cuz the washer/dryer is on the bottom floor. The landlord will not clean ductwork but rather makes the tenant pay for ductwork cleaning. Stay Away!!
