I have lived here for over seven years and I’m loving it more each year. As a single older female with a pet, I appreciate the safety and security. The grounds are gorgeously maintained, and even during the incessant rain storms, the walkways were kept clear daily. The facilities have all been updated and are beautifully maintained on a regular schedule. The maintenance team is professional and responsive and repairs are done in a timely fashion and on your schedule the office staff are extremely confident and also easy to deal with.

We have been living at Alexandra for almost 6 years. Dee Dee and her teams always working hard to keep up with this giants apartment complex. Beautiful area for walking around and safe with gated surrounding. Great maintenance services with flexibility all problems solve. Thank you for all you do!

We live in Alexandar For 4 months now and been here really happy . Location is great, gated community feels safe .. Also having gym here is very nice and the only thing We wish it would be open longer then 5 pm , so people who work can use it after work : ) Office people are amazing very professional and friendly and so is maintenance . Great team of people who work hard and they fix any problems or any issue very fast and with smile on their faces . Never had any problems here so far . I've been at The Alexander for the last two years after having lived in a house for 30 yrs. My experience has been greater than I imagined. Maintenance is always keeping the property clean, trimming trees, gathering leaves and so forth. The office staff make every effort to accommodate your needs. There's a beautiful main room/lobby, a spa, very large swimming pool, playground, dog park along with facilities to bathe your pet, trails for walks and so much more. Office staff sends newsletters with the latest news and holiday festivities. Neighbors are friendly and always willing to help if you need it. Although future plans are to be back in my own home I'm glad to be living at The Alexander during this time of my life. I'm not making all this up, it's for real and I am a tenant here in case you wonder!

The Alexandar has been a great property to be at. The staff is very friendly, fast responding, and knowledgeable. If any person is doing something wrong, the staff is on it like white on rice, keeping it a very pleasant place to live. They also do very fair rent increases at the end of your lease, you never feel taken advantage of (like I've heard from friends in other locations).

Its always a pleasure calling the girls in the office whether its for a maintenance request or to seek clarification on an issue as they are friendly & always willing to assist. The maintenance guys are friendly as well & very prompt and professional. I think the Alexandar is a wonderful place to live esp for a working person.

l have stayed in this complex for almost 2years.It's home away from home and safe and clean and most importantly the staffs makes it more worth staying here. Having said that, the staffs ( Property Manager Dee Dee is so understanding and very helpful when you need her most. Ryan, Jenifer and Chris are also so helpful and very courteous , resourceful and nothing too big or too busy when you ask her them for assistance. I would recommend this apartment to anyone whose looking for a place to live in Santa Rosa that you would call home.The landscape is well maintain and pets friendly.l am sad to leave but the memories will forever stay with me. l would like to thank the Management and all the staffs of this property for job well done and l shall return if life permits. My partner and I have loved every moment of our stay at The Alexandar! The management staff have all been extremely kind and helpful any time we've needed. We've found there to be little-to-no noise throughout the evenings, however we definitely don't mind the kiddos & pups running around in the day!
