The Alden

Constant power outages, manual heat that barely works, with no temperature control thats very expensive and no air-conditioning.

Don’t recommend only because the communication is bad, otherwise decent.

While I am a brand new resident of the Alden community, I did my online and in person reviews of all the available complexes in Tualatin. Alden checked all my boxes from their website to the professional management staff, the tour, all the paperwork to lease, the appearance of the whole complex, the size and quality of the apartments with the amenities included in the apartment, and everything it offers its residents all around the complex - even a secured, lock box delivery for Amazon packages. And, I feel very safe and secure here.

The alden is a beautiful and quiet community. It has beautiful units and amenities and provides a lux feel at a very reasonable price.

I would highly recommend The Alden’s apartment. The staffs are very friendly and kind. They are also very helpful in any concerns you have that regards the apartments.

Love the location and community and price. People are quiet and reserved but parking is not the ideal situation for more than 1 vehicle. Pets are friendly.

I have lived in many apartments over the course of my 30 years as an adult, and the Alden Apartments are absolutely one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived! The units are set up beautifully maintained well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the grounds are maintained nicely highly recommend living here.

The Alden has been great from the tour to move in and everything in between. All questions with the application process were answered promptly. Didn’t feel like there was any information that was left out or withheld. Staff is transparent. Application process and move in were super self explanatory. Move in was great. We had one service request, maintenance was here within 24 hours. Staff is friendly. The only part that can be tough about living here (KEEP IN MIND THIS IS COMMON FOR ALL APARTMENT LIVING) is parking but, as I said that’s part of living in an apartment. I appreciate feeling comfortable voicing concerns and being able to be transparent with staff.

Our family is happy at Alden Apartments. It is a quiet community and the staff is kind and attentive.

I very much enjoy living here. It is beautiful and private. I feel very safe and I feel that the management and staff really care about the residents.

My time here at Alden apartments has been great. Anytime I've had a service request or any questions or concerns about billing or my lease have been quickly responded to and resolved without any issues it is quiet here my neighbors are my neighbors are great and I would recommend living here to anybody in my family or any of my friends. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and anything you need is within walking distance. Great place to live at affordable rent considering current rent rates in this area.

I absolutely love my apartment! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have 24 hour maintenance that fixes requests same day! The property is clean and pretty??

I have lived at the Alden apartments for a few months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I have been treated with the upmost respect and never feel confused about the questions that I have. I highly recommend moving here!

Staff is very friendly, they always return calls in a timely manner, provide maintenance in a timely manner and they always have a smile.

In 6 years of residency here the maintenance department is exceptional. They respond quickly and complete the job with quality parts, and clean up afterwards.

Property Manager soft skills are awful and fake not liable, They think by a sorry and here take a wine they can cover this poor customer service. Valet takes to many days off no credit to bill and trash out side our doors for days management enforcing to leave it inside our units caring less for our health. The units are not like the photos shown on the website and non of the amenities open or available first they said it was due to construction, waiting in city permits now Covid? To many excuses. Not happy

I love the quick responses by staff, the amenities available for the price of the unit and the overall quality of the property. There are other places in the area to live but this is a great place, offers the most and best for the rent rate.If you have a choice, and Alden is on your list, my recommendation is Alden for sure! I have done research, read reviews, taken tours in the area apartment complexes, I can say with confidence Alden will be your best choice.

New Management. I loved the old apartment manager Lance, he at least seemed to care. However this new lady could really care less about you. The office ladies are sweet when you want and aprtment but as soon as you're actually renting one or they get a hint it's possibly out of your budget they are rude and snotty. If you're in a classic unit good luck getting anything fixed or replaced. We never received an email that there was new management either. Theres constantly trash on the grounds. The playground is always a disaster. People will steal packages off of your porch. I would not suggest anyone move here.

Cleanliness is important especially this day and age! There should not be debris laying around for weeks at a time of beer bottles paper cups plastic bottles plastic cups and paper.

Alden itself has been great, great location and a great team on grounds. Fantastic overall.

It's been a little over a year since I've been living here and it's pretty awesome my neighbors are pretty cool the apartments themselves are pretty quiet not to mention that people in the office are super nice super helpful and and their maintenance crew are really friendly and I like the fact that they try there best to get to your issues as quick as they and resolve it as quick as they all and pretty cool place I'd give it a chance if you can

I had a great experience with Alden The staff is very helpful and nice , they took they're time with me and showed me different types of apartments . Jose was very helpful and kind. Will recommend to friends and family to live here .

Apartment managers come and go. I hope that Laura is the exception and stays. Since she has taken over the property looks better. The grounds are much cleaner. I spoke to the young woman working as the groundskeeper as she was clearing cobwebs from a light fixture on my neighbor's porch and she was very polite and seemed to take pride in her work. Any time I have had an occasion to call the office Laura has been very professional yet personable. Issues have been addressed in a timely fashion. Overall my experience here has improved and I give a lot of the credit to Laura.

Found this complex by recommendation from a sister facility in Tualatin. My personal requirements for a apartment complex were very specific. Newly Retired. Ex-Lake Oswego resident. (29 years) Businesses & Medical located in L.O. - Tualatin area! Close to I-5/SR217 & I-205 to get to family and Doctors in Metro area. (Powell's Bookstores!) Close to all my Doctors and Medical facilities in the Tualatin area. Need knee surgery. All personal property in storage while house hunting and forthcoming medical procedures. Pet friendly! Small cat inherited from deceased Mother's estate. Reasonable rent for pets! Cat hospice's are insanely, SUPER expensive! Ground floor unit do to upcoming knee surgery! Was stuck in 90 day limbo after house sold. Month to month rental! House search is ongoing and medical procedures are scheduled. Alden facility nailed all my requirements! All rental requirements/restrictions were precisely described by assistant manager. No HIDDEN GOTCHA'S!! Auto rent pay was a nice feature. Clean, mainly quiet complex. Noisy tenants above me! Late night "Herd of Buffalo's"! Parking always an issue in a complex of this size! Smoke free facility; still some idiots who'll ignore restrictions to get their nicotine fix! Management currently working on problem. Added Plus. Allows portable AC units! Two record breaking mini heat waves this spring! Management staff FANTASTIC! Friendly and responsive to any problems! Five Gold Stars! Overall - Four Stars. Lucked out finding this complex!!

Love this place. Great management, great neighbors. Parking is not the best and there are a few maintenance issues but other than that I would reccomend!
