Property Ratings at The Alden Townes
Have had numerous requests for maintenance ignored. Assistant manager has an “attitude “ like she is being bothered. Manager says she will get maintenance issues taken care of and nothing is done. The neighbors all tells us that the management does not care. I do not recommend these apartments, they are very old and not worth the rent. Will not be renewing my lease.

I will speak with the landscapers and see if there is anything they can do. Are they blocking the view to exit the property?
Management is the worst I've ever seen. She does nothing to help solve any of your issues with the townhouse and doesn't seem to care. I'm convinced that any good review of this place was placed by management and not a single resident.

Grounds covered in trash, staff unorganized and know nothing, forget getting a maintenance issue fixed. 9mths later still waiting!
This apartment complex is close to everything. The management is awesome. My son and his girlfriend lives there also. They are in good condition. They are well maintained and they are so nice. They are very helpful too. Not to go into too much detail, they gave my husband and I a chance to start over. We have hit some financial problems. I moved here a couple of months ago under the impression that I was moving in to a great neighborhood. I will start by saying I love the convenience of the area. I'm close to school, work, a mall, great restaurants etc. I am however disappointed in the quality of my apartment. I originally moved in to their "classic" model I didn't like having neighbors on both sides so I moved in to an "upgraded" model that was an end unit. Their version of upgraded is awful. Within the month that I've lived here I've had to call maintenance three times. Honestly behind the money that I pay in rent monthly I shouldn't have had to call them once considering I've only been living here for a month and a half. I also dislike the fact that there are no amenities here. No pool, no gym, no laundry facility, nothing. I honestly feel like my money would have been better spent elsewhere however my neighbors are fantastic and they make living here a little bit better.
The location of my townhouse is awesome! It's is centralized to everything. Downfall not complex amenities! No pool or gym! However the neighborhood is quite.
