Do not rent this place they have roaches!!!!! And it’s so sad that whole area is disgusting out there

From the move in process to actually moving in Amber made the process easy. She addressed all my concerns and was very prompt with responding. The other office staff and the maintenance personnel are all awesome. The location is great. Close to everything. The units are spacious with great floor plans. The price is right and so far all the neighbors I’ve met and their pets are friendly. I’m a full time student at UCF so this is a easy ride to the school. Happy to be living here

Well maintained, love the apartments and all the appliances however it is still being worked on and won’t be don’t for the next couple of months, no pool, leasing office or club house yet, also apartments are a little dusty because of construction

The apartments are well maintained. Maintenance staff are good mannered. Leasing Management is helpful. But still few facilities like car wash, mail rooms are still under construction. The only problem here is Airport noise which causes sleep disturbances in the night.
