I like the amenities They should star streaming movies in the park. Also some machines of the gym need to be cleaned. But the pool is amazing and the studyrooms too. I love the energy

I have been one month here and I’ve had an amazing experience in The Accolade West. The amenities are amazing and everything is really close by. The staff members are really good and helpful whenever there’s a question. I feel that The Accolade is the perfect place to live in.

very good so far, and i have not any issues minus the door to door with my apartment which is definitely something i’ve had to get used to but i wish I didn’t have to.

Very nice place. The gym is nice but I wish they had more exercise machines instead of so many treadmills. The small gym in building 5 is also nice and more quiet. The study rooms and the pools are well maintained and are never too crowded to use. I love that our living room is big enough to have friends over to hang out. The kitchen is large too, and great for cooking. I’ve never had any problems with mold or bugs whatsoever. The WiFi is slow though, but other then that I have no complaints

I just moved into here the past week and I like it a lot so far! My last apartment was very difficult with the move in process. I have a bad allergy to cats and the accolade made sure to confirm on multiple occasions that I could not have cats! I am very happy here!
Firstly, the apartments are beautiful! The amenities are extensive from the pools to the study rooms. They are quick to fix anything broken and offer a wide range of activities throughout the complex. It is affordable and d a great place to live as a student!
everithing clean, ampartments have such much light, people are so nice and everiting is just amazing. mail room service and loby solve all problems.
Facility is always very clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and always available to help if having troubles. Study rooms are the perfect place to go when needed to be in a quiet setting.

So far not so good. This is my second day living here and for the amount that I am paying it is sad. We have ants in our pantry the kitchen doors don't close correctly and the apartment was NOT cleaned before hand. So far I am ready to move out.
EXTREMELY beautiful place. Great atmosphere all around and it's always quiet. This is the best place to live by far. Moving in was easy and everyone I've met here is very friendly.

It is so beautiful, clean, smells good and the amenities are great and events are so fun! I love it here! The staff is wonderful - they are so nice and if there is an issue, they resolve it right away. Such a great upgrade from the Aves @ Twelve 100 that think they can offer residents almost the same rent for less than half of the quality that is here at accolade.
should have each building move in on different days and days before the first day of classes for the majority of the students, moving in was very hectic
everything has been so great so far! the apartment was clean on move in and the amenities are great. everything in the apartment also works!

the apartment is beautiful. i love the area too. the front desk is not very helpful. we had problems with our roommates because of allergies and the desk was super unhelpful and blamed us for most of it

When touring, the staff was really kind and the place was kept pretty clean! I really enjoyed all the amenities and learning that they host a lot of community events.

I think its definitely a nice place to live. Good and fast maintenance, cool events, nice study rooms and club houses. I do think rent was high, the gyms lacked more machines and space, wifi was often slow and you would see a lot of strange randoms lurking near the apartments that don't live there so I often didnt see security. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for what I needed but the best was having everything so close to the apartments and UCF shuttle.

I like my apartment very much, the kitchen and living room is very spacious and pleasing to the eyes, just wish the walls were better in terms of noise isolation and that wifi issues didn't occur as occasional as they do

The apartment is nice. Some small quality things aren't as nice as I'd hope for a brand new apartment. I also found an empty beer can in the top of my toilet the first year the apartment was open but overall I like the location and feel and now love my roommates

I have been very fond of the communication on part of the Accolade so far. It has been very clear and helpful. The contract is also very easy and is not too ridiculous.

My daughter paid on time every month without issue, but because her roommate left the lease 3 months early, all damages caused by their kitties was fully on my daughter. She had to take 100% of the burden, and the pricing was arbitrary and didn't match their pdf of charges. There was no walk through prior to move out - in fact, an email of move out expectations wasn't received until THE MORNING OF. When we attempted to have the charges clarified, by sending correspondence to their corporate team (because the on-site staff wouldn't respond), we were ignored and dismissed and sent to collections. We have stellar credit and I have never experienced such poor service & communication. Truly unfair and it was basically extortion. Pay or your credit tanks. AWFUL!

I love living here. The amenities are all well maintained and clean. The gym has all the machines and weights I would need. The staff is very friendly and and the maintenance crew is extremely helpful

Living in a 2 x 2 , the layout is very spacious and very comfortable. Plus the beds are very soft! The bathrooms being in the room is also a great plus that I enjoy!

It’s loud and there tends to be a lot of minor issues around the property. Office staff gives conflicting information and it can be hard to find proper information.

Overall, the amenities and staff are excellent! The maintenance crew is also awesome! I really enjoy living here! I love getting to have my dog live with me too! Seeing everyone else with their dogs is always fun too and a great way to brighten anyone’s day!
